This was my fourth year here and I will come for a 5th. Staff is very friendly and the place is clean. The rooms are outdated but who cares...you're there to be outside not in the room. I will say that the efficiently room we were in was not stocked with a few items that we expected to be there (bowls, knives, and a few other things) but all in all i cant really complain for the price! One great perk is you can use the washer and dryer free of charge.

The hotel is a bit aged but the location is exceptional and we were not there to spend time in a hotel room. The cost and location are the highlights.

The staff make this place! The building is older but it was clean and well maintained. We only stayed one night but we will stay again. The staff were so friendly and just wonderful to work with.

While on the beach side the room was in need of serious repair. The cabinets were pulling away from the wall. The tiled floor was uneven and easy to stub your toes on. The kitchen utensils were lacking. The room just plain smelled. In the bathroom the sliding shower doors did not have a solid lower track allowing them to swing freely if you bumped into them. Also the towels had a weird feel to them feeling almost wet all the time. The AC/heat unit was noisy but worked well. I cannot recommend this pace for a stay on Treasure Island.

A small, old mom & pop motel. I like that. It was clean and everything worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the mattress was a bit saggy. I mentioned it to the staff and they said they would address it. I've already reserved the same room for next year so we'll see.

The place is an older hotel on the beach with a pool. It is great if you want to walk out of your room and right onto the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious if not very modern. The pool is heated and nice. The only drawback to the place is that they allow smoking right outside of your room door. The rooms circle the pool and if there are people smoking it fills the entire pool area. This is not the place to go if you are allergic to smoke.

The resort is older but very nice and was clean. The location is the best. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Doug was very nice as well. He made sure the grill was ready and cleaned for us everyday. Thank you

We always love staying there,Sarah is the best we really appreciate her helping us out with things like printing our boarding passes and taking care of our luggage after check out so we can enjoy the hours we had left while waiting to leave and always with that beautiful smile.Being right on the beach with the trolley right there that can quickly take us up to John's Pass or down to St.Pete Beach puts it in the perfect location

We have stayed here several times. For the price this location on the beach is a great find! In recent years they have done some updating. The location and price for a beachfront hotel is great. Rooms also have a kitchenette and Publix and Walgreens is just across the street. Also several beach/tiki bars just walking distance in the boardwalk.

We had to find someone when we got there. Then were greeted with "you don't have a reservation", then after searching multiple options, our reservation was found. Then we were asked to pay AGAIN. Even though the screen clearly showed $0.00 due. We got to the room and oh boy! No AC and it smelled terrible. We left and stayed somewhere else.

The property is very outdated. Parking is limited to one vehicle per room and very little parking spaces. We loaded our luggage on a cart with wheels but no ramp we had to lift the cart up over the hotel entrance door. Our room had a wall across from our entrance door/no view. When we asked the staff if they had an open room upstairs with a view she said yes but no elevator and would have to carry our luggage up the stairs. Our room downstairs did not have room in the bathroom for our toiletries, not enough plug outlets for our phone and hearing aid chargers and the ceiling looked like it was ready to fall.The outside tables were old and rusty but did have umbrellas. The pool was smaller than the picture on their advertisement. Would not recommend or stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at I Beach. The good first.... location, location, location. It is not only right on the beach it is right next to the public entrance, so you have a nice wood bridge and the handicapped mat for easy access to the beach. Only 2 doors down from Sloppy Joes and right across the street from Ricky T's, Walgreens and Publix. The pool is amazing the view of the palm trees & sun set is the best. The service... Sarah and all the staff were just amazing and sweet they definitely made our stay worth it. The Bad. one of the beds in our room was in horrible shape. Our feet were about a foot or more above our head due to a busted boxspring and bad mattress. We finished our stay in the other queen bed but not much better i'm afraid. Okay the Ugly... My husband said a tube of caulk would do wonders and some paint. Old dressers and it just looked dated.... We would come back for the staff for sure and the amazing location too!!

Hotel was right on the beach. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked fine. This an old property no frills but has everything you need. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay with myself and my two children I paid the first night on hotels.com and I had a balance due for some reason my card wasn't going though I was able to go to the store and pay the rest in cash, is something that most companies wont do. everyone was so nice i felt comfortable.

I stayed for 6 nights, I had to ask for my bedding to be changed on night 5. They “changed” the bedding (flipped the dirty comforter over) and when they left they did not lock my door with all my belongings in there. They never provided more toilet paper for 3 people when they “cleaned” the room. There is an AC in the room that kept it semi cool but at night it did get muggy in the room. The beds are old. Def need new mattresses. Didn’t sleep very well on the mattress as well as every movement the bed squeaked terrible.

We absolutely loved this place! The staff really made it for us, they were all so great to us. Amazing location, right on the beach, and close to so many restaurants, you will have to come back because you won’t have a chance to eat at them all. Walgreens and Publix are also right across the street. The pool was refreshing! If you only stay at the Marriott or more expensive, keep on doing that and don’t stay here, we don’t want to hear complaints about something amazing. Such a great value for us common folk that still want to be on the beach. Plan on coming back many many times.

I enjoyed the visit. The property is right on the beach and thus, convenient. Nice neighborhood. The pool is great and has salt water in it, which may save freshwater. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little tight. There are chairs and a table outside for morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, there is fresh coffee in the morning. It’s a no frills experience, but a good one. Don’t be deceived by the outside, because it is a nice and very convenient place to stay.

Of all the places I've stayed along the Gulf coast, this is at or near the top. The staff was impeccable, very kind and helpful. The location was amazing - steps out the door to the beach. It was quiet, it was safe, it was perfect "Old Florida." I hope to go back again very soon.
