Excellent location in Old Quebec near the Chateau Frotenac. Old hotel but inside in completely modern. Rooftop patio is a real bonus. Nice lounge with board games, a coffee machine and wine machine. Love this place.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Comfortable room albeit some problems with ants. Didn’t try the breakfast - plenty of choices in nearby streets. Very strange approach to our request for a later checkout (moving from 11 to noon) - available, but only if we paid an extra $20 - felt petty after we had spent over $1000 at the hotel.

I was disappointed with the room. The room was advertised as having a king bed but in reality it was two double beds strapped together. Our view was of a back alley with a trash bin. The location was great and the front desk was very helpful, parking was easy to find. Overall average stay

Rooms were excellent as was location, great option if you want to be close to Old Town at a reasonable price. Recommend paying for deluxe room to avoid ground floor rooms

Room was directly below the lobby and very noisy #4

The room and staff at the hotel were great. The room was on the smaller side mbut had everything we needed. The hotel is located very close to everything but tucked in enough that it is quiet if that is what you are looking for.
However, parking was a huge problem. We stayed over New Year's eve and there was no close parking. The closest parking i could find was a 15 minute walk. Also, we were told breakfast was going to be available until 11 am on New Year's Day but when we went down at 10:10, they were already wrapped up.
Finally, over our two night stay there was no room service. You can ask front desk for towels and such.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to guide us through the city and help us with our French! The challenge with an old building is that the walls crumbled and got into our suitcases/clothes that were laying next to the walls and our bed was broken and not fixed during the week. But overall we really enjoyed our stay at the property.

Very nice location and amenities. They were short staffed during the time (no housekeeping) we stayed but did not matter as they had equipped the room well. Hotel has ties with local businesses that gave us 10-15% discount by presenting the hotel key card. Close to public parking but no parking on premises. Was easy to load-unload with temporary parking in front.

Loved it and very grateful to access our room early after feeling ill. Everything was great and we loved having the common room, although puzzling that it closed at 10pm. As the had a machine to make hot chocolate and a wine vending machine, it was lovely to access once we warmed up. It would have been nice to access a little later, it was for hotel guests and should have had swipe access.

Great location! Very quiet and safe area - Just a few minutes walk to the best sites, shopping and dining experiences.
Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Contacted us the day of our check in to offer instructions for our late arrival.
Would definitely recommend!

We had ants in our room and the staff failed to address it. We stayed the first two nights in the room after asking staff multiple times to move us which didn’t happen until the third night. However the front desk did come and squish them for us. Poor service

Comfortable stay in a very convenient location to walking Old Quebec. The only downside is that we paid to have breakfast included, but we weren’t told at the desk we had to request a breakfast as the dining area was closed. We were told we could not get a refund.

Hotel Manoir Vieux has the world's cutest gym on site!
Situated in a superb location with original stonework, the interior has been gutted and everything is modern. We'll return.
