When we arrived at hotel before 12 am. We found that our room had been cancelled. At first we were told we’d have to go to another hotel. The hotel was full. We stood in hall for 1 1/2 hours. Not a good experience We had to check out early to make it to another family gathering.

As usual Hampton Inn is consistently clean, safe, decent breakfast. In Wichita there isn’t much recycling so that is an issue with the area and not this hotel.

Awesome, big room. Very comfortable. The one star downgrade is because the breakfast did not have many options. Waffle maker was out of order the three days we were there. Otherwise great; staff was great, room was clean.

Very nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast had lots to offer. Our bathroom needed the corners of the floor swept and by the toilet and the rug needed a vacuum.

Convenient location, decent included breakfast, and friendly Checkin, but received no service in the room at all and clothing storage space was tight. Obviously intended for overnight stays only but we’ll worth the price.

Cable TV did not work. Property mntc. Tried for 30 minutes (I checked in at 11:30 pm). Could not fix it. Said they couldn’t do anything about a price break bcuz it was through a 3rd party. I asked about another room and Matt said they were sold out. Electrical outlets are worn out near the bed and tv (my charger and heating pad plugs just fell out). Staff was polite and tried to help. Breakfast was good. I will not stay here again. I traveled as a regional sales manager for 35 years. Our company (Altec Industries/Global Rental) stayed at many Hampton Inns. This is the worst room experience I’ve had. Steve Lewis

No hand sanitizer in any of the containers. Staff friendly, checkin slow due to new trainer, van provides transportation to nearby restaurants. The driver on the 4pm-10pm was so fun and friendly!

I arrived 11:15pm. Transportation had ? Doubletree on it. Driver was sweetest person. Next morning transport to airport.. sweetest nicest man in Hampton Inn van.one name was “Joe”. Breakfast very good, coffee excellent. Desk person at 11:30pm smiling and welcoming. Room quiet and clean.

It took almost 20 minutes to get in our room as the key would not work, and after a couple trips down to the service guest, and a manager trying to get in our door, he finally came back and said my mom and I would be moved to a different room. We also had furniture with 2 broken off wheels. But other than that it was clean and comfy.

It was a short stay, but yiur hotel was amazing, very clean, friendly staff, the breakfast was really good. And the bed was amazing. Slept like a rock my only complaint was you dont give out individually shampoo bottles any longer it was starnge thaf they where screwd to the wall.

Called for a shuttle to pick me up at airport and the phone was not answered for 20 minutes. Finally walked back to motel from airport 1.4 miles.

Not a bad place, but it fell short in a couple of important ways, for a hotel in this range. First I arrived with children, assuming there would be SOME food in the little store. They only had beer & wine, candy, and flaming hot snacks, nothing I wanted the kids to eat (or me to eat, for that matter). No food or anything else within walking distance, either. Then the room amenities were substandard: eg., just a couple of paper cups for coffee, no cups in the bathroom. The breakfast was just okay, with sausage and eggs but neither cooked well. On an up note, the pool was open and well maintained.

The room needs some maintenance. The tv remote was stuck on the weather channel. Could not change channels. The electrical outlet next to the bed was not tight and would not maintain a connects.

This was a great hotel for flying in and out of Wichita! Room was spacious and comfortable, and good bed! The shuttle was easy and the parking price was worth it. We will stay here again.
