Very loudly and very small rum. But it was inside the airport close to the passport control.
4.0
Easy and comfortable and within the security area, so we didn't have to spend time going through that for Our early morning flight.

ok....lets cut to the chase. The only benefit of this 'hotel' is that it is airside.... so great for early morning flights/transit etc and of course it is secure. As Schipol shuts down at 9pm there is nowhere to have a hot nice meal after then. The single bunk bed room is extrememey tiny and shower is next to the sink and toilet so do not expect dry feet after using the shower. The mattress is however very comfortable. Also you will hear your neighbours toilet and shower and conversations with ease. if you don't mind paying 30 euros more go for the airside Mercure hotel just 2 mins walk away in Schipol where everything becomes less prison like! Staff were great and with true Dutch humor.

Perfect! Convenient, clean; the perfect transit hotel

Front desk was not willing to help. We required a wake up call which was desregarded and obviously made a big inconvenience in an airport setting.

Didn't need to exit the airport to access this hotel. Had a 15hr layover but no access outside the airport. This was a life saver.
Shower floor was a little cracked and possibly had water going under. Water also pooled into toilet/sink area. But it was such a minor issue that it didn't bother me.
Overall, the stay was nice and convenient.

it was very hard for me to find it. I arrived around midnight, passport control was closed. I had to find somebody to help me to go through the passport control to get to the hotel. The location is not clearly described, it was very hard for me to find the hotel. Since it was after midnight everything was closed, I had to ask a cleaning crew to help me to locate the hotel. It is a nice hotel, but severely overpriced. I was charged $204 for the night for the capsule hotel.

It was a disaster! First, we couldn’t find the hotel, despite numerous inquiries. Then when we found the hotel, we had to inquire of the front desk how many things worked, lights, bed, etc.

Great! Loved not having to look for a hotel at 1am. Fresh coffee a big plus. Appreciate late check out. Rolled out of bed and onto the gate.

Good option to long layover inside the airport.

Not worth the money

The shower area was not level, water seeped into the toilet area. And the tv did did not work.

Only unfortunate thing is….. took about 45 minutes of walking in circles to find the location. Would have liked a little instruction regarding lights etc as it was pitch dark. Had to find my phone and use the flashlight. A wash cloth would have been handy and the battery on the remote was dead (so no TV). Too exhausted from traveling to go to front desk. All else was good, served my needs. Having to check out at 7am for a 10am flight. A little frustrating.

Expensive for what you get but very convenient. If you will to spend a little more than your normal budget it does make travelling so much easier. Good all round

My wife had a medical emergency requiring me to change our plans and Yotel would not refund our charge even though I gave them two days advanced notice. Last time ever dealing with them!!!

The architecture was quite striking. The room was small and lacked amenities that similarly priced hotels have.

Great feature: the hotel is conveniently within the secure zone of Schiphol airport. When leaving the next morning for a flight to another country, you do not have to have your baggage x-rayed or go through passport control--just walk straight to your gate.
When I entered the room, it was illuminated with dim reddish light. Eventually, I found a switch for white light by the side of the bed. I never did find a way of turning the red light off, but I carry a sleep mask and wasn't kept awake by the light.
There are a table & seat hinged to a wall in the room. But I couldn't figure out how to raise the table and lock it in position because it kept hitting the bed frame. I was therefore unable to use my computer to work, so I went to bed early.
Water flow & temperature in the shower were great. But a slow drain meant that the bathroom had standing water at the end of my shower.
It's a transit hotel. I didn't have high expectations, and they were satisfied.

Very difficult to find Lounge 2. Directions are not given from internal lounge without going to baggage claim. Property is nice and quiet

We had a 11 hour layover and this was perfect. We got some sleep and were able to take a shower before our long flight.

This yotel is so perfect for an overnight need at the airport. So convenient and easy to check in and checkout. The only two issues were a lack of bathroom privacy and there were no clear instructions for finding the yotel within the airport. I would suggest that better instructions be provided either through a welcome email or signs throughout the airport because trying to find the location at 12:30 in the morning was pretty exhausting!

I liked that it was inside the airport security so i didnt need to deal with that in the morning, though the price was ridiculously expensive.
I didn't care for the overhead rain shower..Neither a showercap or hairdryer were provided.

LOVE having this convenient option. Our room was very clean but a huge issue was the bathroom floor filled with water after showering. No mat was provided or way to clear the water making it very difficult in the small space. We went to the front desk but they were busy so we resorted to sharing a towel and using the other to flush the water and dry the floor.

Easy easy easy and allowed me to traverse a 12-hour layover with grace.

Unique choice if you have an early flight from Schiphol and will pay the premium to avoid the anxiety of needing to travel to the airport and wait at security and immigration. Keep in mind that the single bed rooms are Japanese-style capsule rooms. Don't expect to spend more than the minimal amount of time in your room. If you need a "regular" hotel, suggest getting something on the airport perimeter and take a shuttle to the airport. Room was clean but nothing fancy. Since it is after security, there are plenty of dining and shopping options at the airport.

Very unique and comfortable. A quiet and safe place to get some rest during a long layover. Very convenient to departure gates….so getting where you need to be is stress free. A

TV did not work. Air circulation was not good. Shower water splash all over the entire bathroom.

I love the fact I didn’t have to leave the airport to find a place to stay for a long layover

Super convenient hotel located right inside the airport terminal, but definitely in need of some repairs. The rooms are clean, the shower is hot, and the bed is comfy for a good night's rest.

No too much to say is just a cabin to sleep, good to have this cabin at airport

Great place to stay during a stay over if you don’t want the hustle of leaving the airport. Clean and quiet. Friendly and courteous staff.

Rooms are TINY, very stuffy. Light and AC controls in room are too funky - hard to understand. AC does not work easily - staff has to start it from their control room.
Yotel is in the Security area - so if you have large checked baggage, it is a big hassle. These bags will have to be put in some outside locker room.

The hotel was very convenient, clean and quiet. Perfect option for staying overnight at the airport and not having to go through security for my next flight.

I paid over €200 to stay overnight. Arrived at midnight and was told I had to check out at 7am! I have stayed at other Yotels without this issue. And this place is a true cubby hole compared to Istanbul or Glasgow Yotels which are great.
