Friendly staff. Good location. Storage lockers so you can still explore the city when you check out are a great perk.

All was well. It would be nice if they had a noise block as my room was right on Canal street and it was REALLY NOISY

Absolutely great atmosphere, cleanliness and staff.

This is a decent place. The bed/shared room was comfortable and functional. I would have liked an individual bathroom for each room. You have to use a shared one. While there are plenty to use, it means getting up at night to use the restroom is more difficult.
The shared space on the first and second floor are nice. It is not too difficult to strike up conversation with other travelers. There is a "library" that can be closed for more privacy, but you will never really be isolated. I prefer this, but I know not everyone will.
The biggest problem is the noisy street in front. There were people walking by blasting music every night the week I stayed. Even on the third floor people were so loud that I heard their entire conversation. If it wasn't pedestrians, then it was police sirens. Don't expect a quiet evening/night.

My stay was very enjoyable...will definitely stay there again.

I was traveling solo- the price was right for my last minute accommodation. The common area, employees, free breakfast and wifi...comfortable pillows and mattress made this an absolutely great choice.

Loved our stay here. We stayed in the private queen bed room. Great value and surprisingly comfortable for a hostel! The only slight downside was that the bed sheet was worn out.

I had a private room and traveled with 4 people. My experience was better than expected. The only downside was this facility does not have parking. The facility was clean and in order and the staff was friendlyâŚoverall a good stay.

There were 5 bathrooms out of service they only change sheets they dont wipe any surfaces, clean floors or take out trash. Staff is very unfriendly half of them are pregnant and seem over worked.

Had a one night stay in NOLA.
Staff was really friendly and supportive. The lockers - both in the lobby and in the room itself - are great for solo travelers.

Great walkable location. Nice, clean facility with everything you need. A bar actually inside lobby would be nice, but that being said there is a connection to adjacent bar at restaurant next door. Maybe some more activities to get people to know each other in lobby but otherwise price is right! Just nitpicking because otherwise everything was great.

Such a great place for such a good price! Transportation to the airport was a plus!

Had a lovely stay for my bday weekend. Queen bunk en-suite was roomier than I expected. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was also roomy. This hostel is very fun and has a lot of activities and common areas to hang out at that we utilized more than we expected. Nice to have a place to hang out in between day/night activities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast and luggage storage after check out. Location is very convenient right on Canal St. close to streetcar lines and of course Bourbon Street. You will not regret staying here for trip to New Orleans.

The only problem that should be improve is the parking facility ,which should be provide by the hotel.

It was a busy weekend in NOLA, so. parking was a big issue. But parking is always an issue there. I would recommend this Hostel to any one. It is very communal like. But for the price, you are not gonna get much better. They do have private family rooms, ours was 201. The only room on the floor, it's behind the kitchen. I would ask for that room.

Great place to stay, close to everything in New Orleans! Me and a couple friends got the private room with the queen bed bunk beds, and it was lovely. We had our own bathroom with our own shower, plenty of space, felt safe with the high security of the place. Definitely book a private room there for a group of 2-4 people if you want a hotel experience at a lower cost with all the same amenities. The only reason I did 4 stars for the facility was because the air conditioning unit was on the ceiling above the bed and we noticed some dust and dirt on the bed from the unit. The ceiling was super high so we couldnât clean it, so hopefully theyâll take care of this in the future. Other than that, super happy and would book the same room again and again!! 5 min walk to bourbon street, about 15 min to Frenchmen street and the French quarter. Lovely, safe, and fairly new place. 10/10 recommend.

This was an amazing experience. I was quite nervous about staying but it exceeded every area of service. Very safe. Very clean. 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. Restaurant level kitchen. Plenty of areas for quiet talks. Game area. Laundry. Bathrooms were immaculate every time I went in. Immediate got water. Plenty of information about the area and the staff shared all of their favorites. Highly recommend.

This property itself was very nice, clean, and the staff is helpful. A little slow when checking in, but it was alright. It was our first time here and we were not advised or given any tips on where to park. Unfortunately we had to park in a run down, sketchy parking garage for $25 overnight parking. The walk back to the hotel wasnât bad, just inconvenient. The area outside the hotel is dirty and sketchy also. Not the worst place to stay at, but the French Quarter area gave us unsettling and unsafe vibes.

This place is a great place to stay at, its close to French Quaters and Bourbon street. There are great places too eat nearby and even a footmassage place! I made friends because of the shared kitchen and the breakfast that we have there! There is also a laundry room, so.that was great. My room was on the street side so it was kinda noisy but the frontdesk had earplugs to help with that.
