This was one of the cleanness Hotels I have ever stayed in! As soon as you hit the door, the great fragrance hits your nose! Every room was clean! I will stay here over and over again. The front desk workers were so helpful...ALL of them! This was a GREAT experience for me and my family! We come go to Myrtle Beach year, but this was the first time we stayed at the Homewood Suites, but it will certainly be a place where I will stay each year! Thank You Homewood Suites!

Great, stay nice hotel accommodating workers and. Not Not so nice city ask ground too much. And not as nice as a beach town.

The suite was on 4th Fl. , it was spacious, with a small stove top. mid size fridge and freezer, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and place to keep snacks and beverages. The pool area is great along with very nice fitness center. All good. The only downside to me is the hot breakfast items, i.e. eggs, sausage, bacon, potato's could be kept warmer. The simple solution would be to have a small microwave available for customers to use instead of asking staff to heat something up. Which they did, no problems at all. We also enjoyed Wednesday happy hour offering.

Needed something close to airport..this was and was clean and accessable.

Was traveling from NY to arrive much earlier than check in time so I called to request early check in if possible. Spoke to Jessica and ended up seeing her upon check in. She was helpful and I appreciated it. We requested daily cleaning when we checked in so we had no issues with that. This hotel is EXTREMELY CLEAN and Very well kept! It’s fairly New also and is only like a 5 minutes drive from the Boardwalk and all the hustle but definitely worth it since I think hotels close to the beach are not well kept at all. Room was nice and tidy. Breakfast options were good also. They just need veggie or non pork sausage options but overall it was pretty good for continental. Shopping Mall is just steps away from the hotel. Dinner/Restaurant options are just a couple minutes away. Broadway At The Beach is about 6 mins drive. Spoke to Mara (think I forgot her name) at front desk who we learned is also from NY. As I told her, I hope they keep up the maintenance for a very long time. Will definitely stay there again! If you’re looking for a clean hotel, away from the hustle and even if you like the hustle, I highly recommend this hotel.

We were stuck at the MYR airport for 10 hours and weren’t getting a flight out until the next day, so we needed last minute accommodations. I am not a fan of beach hotels I think they are more like motels so I was skeptical about booking any hotels in the area but found Homewood suites and the pictures and reviews were great so we took a chance. I was beyond pleased!! The hotel was beautiful, clean and smelled so good. The check in was flawless and I’m sorry I don’t remember the girl at the front desks name but she was amazing. So give a nice raise to the young lady who was at the desk on Friday 09/08 at 8pm!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Beautiful property. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved having a kitchenette in our room. Full sized shampoo/conditioner and shower gel was highly convenient. Breakfast was okay, there were days where they had run out of silverware or took too long to restock food items. Besides that we had a great time, the location was perfect. Right next to the shopping mall and short drive to the beach and other entertainment options. Will stay again if in the area.

I loved the first impression of the property. It was nice and clean, definitely worth the money and more in line with my tastes. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from upstairs flushing or I couldn’t figure out if it was the outside door or the elevator and the checkout was at 11am. I tried calling the front desk to get a later checkout, but they never picked up. Overall, I was quite pleased with my experience. I almost stayed an extra day.

Book your room to be clean and change your bed a day before you need it. Nonsense. They are using COVID excuse. I stay 6days my room was not clean for the 6 My bed was lay once, and i have to call them in a bad way. I will not stay in the hotel again. Lot of hotel in the area. Did i tell you i pay $254 per night.

Good experience. No real complaints. I do wish the breakfast was better with more variety from day to day but other than that it was a good stay.

Walking in to check in the hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. The front desk got me checked in quickly. When we got to the room everything again was very clean minus the tissues and their box inside the tissue holder were soaking wet. I’d rather that than dirty sheets but because of that I did deduct one star on cleanliness. It is beside the airport but we didn’t have any issues with noise keeping us from sleeping, however when we were swimming we couldn’t tell if it was an airplane or thunder. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

great hotel overall

Loved my stay here the hotel is hygienic, well maintained and welcoming. It’s location is convenient with various walkable entertainment facilities around. The staff are a little standoffish, no one came to clean during our almost 5day stay . Otherwise it’s amazing 💯

Kitchen sink leaked, reported it but no one came to fix it. I left my hair dryer in the room, called back the next day and they “didn’t find it”. It’s the only place we stayed on our trip, I know it was left in the room.

Friendly, helpful staff in all areas - front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping. Would definitely stay again

Toilet seat cover was completely broken when we checked in.we brought it up to front desk and managnents notice immediately and three more times during our five night stay. Nothing was done till we checked out.

Overall it's a Beautiful Hotel They need too update their bedding and pillows it was very clean the staff were very friendly
