We can accommodate multiple families as there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. We provide a pack and play and high chair for your little one's comfort! The house has 3 stories: Downstairs has the pool table and a King bedroom, as well as backyard access. The middle story is where you enter the home, and has a large living room, dining area, kitchen, and 2 Queen bedrooms. There's one bathroom on the main level. Upstairs there are two King bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In the front of the home is plenty of private parking for your vehicles. Situated on a fantastic Pacific Beach Street (Emerald), our large house offers an unbeatable location, near the freeway, ocean, and tons to do. It's 15 minutes from Petco Park (downtown) or the zoo or airport, 10 minutes from La Jolla, and 5 minutes from the ocean. There are plenty of shopping and dining options extremely close by. The home is stocked incredibly well; we have a minimum of two bed sets (per bed), numerous bath and beach towels for the jacuzzi, as well as hand and makeup towels. The kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances and everything you'd need to cook a full Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner. We provide soap, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. We don't want you to have to bring anything but clothes and food, so you can pack minimally and let us handle the rest. PARKING: We have a concrete driveway that is able to fit up to 4 cars. There's also street parking available. BEDROOMS: There are five bedrooms-- 2 King bedrooms upstairs with their own bathrooms, 2 Queen bedrooms on the main level that share 1 bath, and one King bedroom downstairs. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. The primary bedroom is huge and gorgeous--total luxury! It has a walk in closet and balcony overlooking the yard. All of the bedrooms are spacious, beautiful, and well appointed. Everyone will sleep sound! LIVING ROOM: Open concept living at its finest! Whip up a meal in the chef's kitchen while watching the game. There is plenty of room to lounge and relax in the living room. The living room opens up to the dining area and luxury kitchen. The laundry is also right nearby in a convenient closet. FAMILY ROOM (DOWNSTAIRS): The downstairs family room has a fireplace, seating area, pool table, wet bar, and backyard access. This is the perfect second living space to allow groups to spread out and unwind. KITCHEN: Our brand new kitchen is large with a ton of counter space. Making large family dinners has never been more convenient. We have a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and tons of countertop space. The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, Keurig 2.0 coffee maker, K-Cup holder/dispenser that we keep full with a variety of pods, a regular coffee pot and filters. We have plenty of dishes, plates and tableware to accommodate large groups. Just off the kitchen is barstool seating, as well as a large dining table, with additional seating in the living room. This main level is great for family gatherings and is the perfect place to come together after a fun San Diego day. OUTDOORS: The back yard is accessible from the downstairs family room. It is completely fenced in with a gate to the front yard, making it a very dog friendly outdoor area for your pet to safely explore. We have corn hole set up for additional family fun! There's a sparkling jacuzzi, outdoor seating area, and grill. San Diego is known for its four-season weather so we wanted to go all-out on this backyard! The front driveway area is also private and is perfect for pulling your cars right in. OUTDOOR CAMERAS: We have an outdoor camera to watch the home when no one is there.
