This was such a unique house! We had three adults, two teens and three kids with us. We all loved this house and we all fit comfortably. Kurt, the owner, was amazing with me before, during and after the trip and answered all my questions. This home was in a location that was central to the filed we needed to be at, downtown Chattanooga and Ruby falls. We would recommend this house to anyone staying in Chattanooga who appreciates historic homes.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at the Holly House! My family included my sister, 4 kiddos between 7-13 yo and two puppies. There was plenty of room for all of us and we didn't ever feel like we were all on top of each other. It's difficult to find a host home for this many kiddos that is also pet friendly, but alas! The Holly House did not disappoint. The hosts, Kurt and Melissa, were just splendid. They were honest, attentive, accommodating, and involved in helping plan for surprise decorations and cakes for my sister and my nephew's birthdays. They both felt so special being celebrated, and we have Melissa and Kurt to thank for that. The add on services (grocery shopping/special event planning) that the hosts provide were so helpful in making this a stress free stay. Close by are amazing restaurants and activities: The kiddos (myself included) LOVED Rock City Gardens. My sister and I treated ourselves to some coffee and the rehabbed train station downtown and some dinner later at State of Confusion. There was a dog park with beer taps in it as well! Very warm and inclusive community and everyone is so kind. Highly recommend the Holly House for family trips! My sister lives nearby and can't wait to bring the kiddos back! A warm thank you to Kurt and Melissa for making our little family vacation so special and memorable.

The very friendly owners did a fantastic job remodeling this historic home to retain its original character but added all of the modern amenities. All of the beds were very comfortable, the home was clean and nicely appointed. The backyard was fenced with a picnic table, grill and outdoor lighting. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 dog) thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay during the scenic city softball tournament. Thank you for making our trip so nice.

Property was accurately described and reviews confirmed the listing. We had an awesome visit. The property is very clean, close to downtown, in a quiet neighborhood, close to parks and is perfect for a small family. There is a king bed in the master that also has a pull out coach if you don't want privacy, a shared bathroom upstairs with another bedroom (double bed) and another bathroom and bedroom with bunkbeds downstairs. Kitchen has all the appliances, dishes and pots/pans. Perfect place for a great vacation. Hosts were always responsive and a 5 star rating.

Holly House was an absolute joy and added such charm to our trip to Chattanooga. It is the perfect family home and suited my family remarkably well. The hosts provided more amenities than I have ever seen a short-term rental host provide, and the Highland Park neighborhood was a fantastic spot. Downtown was only a few minutes away, and a quick hop onto I-24 brought you to other areas of the city. If ever in Chattanooga again, I won't hesitate to return to this home.
