Relax with the whole family (two legged and four legged members) at this amazing CLEAN freestanding-home just 3 minutes from the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach. Our location is PRIME PCB close to Pier Park and to 30A - Get to 30A favorites WITHOUT 30A Prices! We are minutes away from 30A and short drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park for all the sporting, concert and festivals happening in PCB. Skip the crowds of the big resorts, don't worry about parking, and enjoy a brand new private pool (closed for winter months) in a fenced backyard, with a screened porch with comfy seating at this single-level ranch 3 bedroom/2 bath home. It's quiet, private, and offers all you need for an amazing family trip to the white sand beaches. Our one-story remodeled home offers a sizeable living area and full kitchen with 70" ROKU TV and dining/bar seating. The primary bedroom features a luxury mattress king bed, nightstands with lamps, closet with hangers, dressers and ensuite bathroom and smart TV. The 2nd bedroom includes a luxury queen bed, nightstands with lamps, closet with hangers and smart TV. The 3rd bedroom offers queen bed, bunk beds plus trundle (3 twins total) & (TOP BUNK MAX WEIGHT 100#), and Serta sofa/sleeper and smart TV. Our maximum occupancy is 8 MAX. A full size washer/dryer and private Wi-fi round out the conveniences. Step out back to one of the highlights of our property: our comfortable seating area in a screened-in porch, and the sweetest dog beach mural wall - welcoming you to PCB! It also comes complete with its own retro refrigerator and outdoor TV so you don't miss any of your favorite sports or shows. Some games including cornhole, cards, and other games (for adults and the kids) as available. Don't worry about privacy, it's all in a 6ft. fenced-in yard so you can relax as kids or pups play while fully protected in a secure space. Our security cameras are located outside of property only. All Smart TVs are either ROKU OR FIRE - No cable - please note - use your own personal streaming accounts on any TV.- Free High speed WI-FI is provided. We are dog friendly for house trained, potty trained, non shedding, well mannered dogs. There is a non refundable pet fee per dog (up to 4 at owner discretion). Pet fee will have to be independently added to charges by host on Airbnb or Vrbo bookings. We have two small kennels for your use. We have abundant FREE/covered parking (RV, boat, camper, trailer, jet skis.) The PCB Airport is is a short taxi ride and no rental car is needed to get to beach - instead, rent a golf cart from Outlaw Golf Carts (seasonal business - contact Outlaw to confirm availability) very close to the house and ride in style to Beach Access 79 or 82. The emerald waters are a 3-minute golf cart ride away, and there are many great nearby restaurants - go right for 30A and left for PCB.

The house was just as advertised. Clean, welcoming and had everything we needed in the kitchen and outdoor fun. Kids loved the pool and dogs loved the yard and I loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening wine. House is 10min to Pier Park where there are beach restrooms and places to grab food and drink with plenty of parking.

The house is exactly as pictured. Its just a short drive to all the tourist areas but nice and quiet. It is a great escape from the hustle of the busy areas. There was a golf cart rental within walking distance that provided awesome service. Not far from Pier Park that has tons of stuff. If you have pups the backyard is fenced giving them a safe place to play. The pool was perfect for us. Overall great experience. This was my first time using any thing like VRBO and it will be hard to live up to Jerri's kindness and responsiveness.

We had an amazing stay at Boho Beachy. We went with another family and the house was the perfect size. There was plenty of parking for our two large trucks and boat. Our kids enjoyed the pool and were there when they installed the putt putt course. They thought is was super cool that the hole would light up at night as well as the golf balls would glow in the dark. We brought our dog with us and he loved running around the spacious yard. Jerri was an amazing host, she checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We encountered some rough weather during our stay and she made sure to not only let us know about the alerts in the area but to check to be sure we were safe after the storms had passed. Next time we are in the area we will definitely check to see if the house is available and we will also recommend to friends and family. Thanks Jerri!!

This was a great little place. Driving distance to the dog park was minimal. The owners were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time away.

Highly recommend this vacation home. Great family memories were made in this home and on this trip. Owner had several nice touches- welcome binder with menus, activity brochures, house instructions (very helpful)! Each bathroom had complimentary toothbrushes and packets of body wash, mouthwash, body lotion. There were dog bowls, blankets and crates for our furry friend who joined us. The fenced in yard is huge, great space to relax (loved the fire pit). Kids enjoyed the pool and playing catch in the yard. Screened in patio was great for watching a movie with the family or enjoying a relaxing morning/evening. Decor was very cute beach theme and everything was well cared for. Location was great- 3 min drive to the beach, less than 10 mins to Pier Park. We enjoyed having peace and quiet. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!
