Вроде много всего… но как то пусто!

Плюсы: -Симпатичный вид -Большой номер -Отзывчивый персонал

Минусы: -Отель не дотягивает до такой стоимости. -Неприятный запах в лаундж зоне. -Пустая территория. -Если повезет, сможете поплавать без ветра. -СПА строго по записям, так как якобы востребован… по факту 3 человека на весь СПА. -Еда по вкусу очень специфичная -В таких отелях, большую ставку делаешь на кровать, и в данном отеле кровать очень средняя. Болела спина и шея. -Не смотря на то, что СПА зона разделена на мужскую и женскую, в женской убирается мужчина, из-за чего моя жена не могла переодеться!!!! Это ужасно!

Excellent facility, perfect location, average food and expensive

View and location is excellent. The property is beautifully deigned

I booked through booking.com and they game me option at pay at the site. I ended up paying at least 500 dirhams extra for exchange rate paying in Omani Riyals on my bill plus 2000 for extra for taxes. so unless your deal includes taxes and you pay online, it turned out to be very expensive deal.

Piscine à débordement qui donne sur le canyon. Vue exceptionnelle du balcon. On peut en profiter du couché de soleil. Nourriture variée et super bonne. Et personnel aux petits soins et très gentil.

All in all fantastic, relaxing, comfortable stay, even unusual guest wishes fulfilled, if possible.

Real, not fake hospitality, enthusiastic, well trained staff, very professional and fast service, professional advice, very good contact with waiters, villa host and reception, stunning mountains and canyon views, fabulous heated swimming pool in villa, no single incident during stay. Total privacy respected by all staff is the hotel highest priority. Very interesting architecture designed to make guests happy. Very good signage of all places, easy to find any. Electric carts for those, who do not want to walk. Hotel is very expensive, but not overpriced, Perfect meals both served to room and in well designed restaurants, very tasty with unique combination of local flavors and ingredients, superb sweets and ice cream, fantastic fruit plates and generous information from staff about each meal. Location in the city is very convenient for those, who want to make small shopping, or use ATM, access within few minutes walk. All in all fantastic, relaxing, comfortable stay. Even unusual guest wishes fulfilled as far as possible. My rating is higher than 5 stars and I can recommend this hotel to everybody, who wants highest quality service and stay. I believe, that this Anantara hotel can be compared with level of Six Senses hotels.

High room service prices, starting 12 EUR for bottle of beer and wines starting from 30 EUR for cheap, mass production names, which are offered online for 5-10 EUR. Alcohol selection overall is not strong side of menu card and bar. You cannot find well known, recognized brands, except of very few examples. Wine manager should take extra lessons, red wine served not chilled at all. If these issues are improved, there will be no smallest reason to complain anything. I had funny conversation with barman, who did not know alcohol range very well and asked what kind of rum he offers, he started looking at labels and looking for rum bottles.

The scenery is amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful and refreshing . Fast check-in and check-out , The staff is helpful, The private villa was wonderful, the swimming pool is beautiful, and the decorations are fantastic

The main pool is relatively small, The prices of the restaurants are very expensive, but they are beautiful , Coming by car to the hotel in the mountain is tiring and requires high concentration

Very friendly and accommodating staff , large rooms, canyon view is breathtaking, tennis court with equipment usage free. Diana’s point is beautiful . Great selection of food for breakfast.

Although location is pristine , there were lots of families with children who were very loud and hence the stay was not very peaceful. One Room was adjoined to one such family whose crying child woke us up. Hotel could improve soundproofing perhaps ?At the pool, a family of around 10 occupied the entire pool and their kids were splashing excessively and some went in with t-shirts on. Not a very great look. Breakfast, though states it is till 11am, the staff started clearing off at 10:45 and closed it off at 10:55. This felt a bit rushed.

The pool is very underwhelming and looks much better in the picture than in reality. Besides, since the hotel is not Adult-only, there are too many kids occupying the main pool; turning it into a kids pool. There is a table for the staff with equipment and towels right next to the pool. Since it’s not a table for the guests, it shouldn’t be in eye-sight

3 bad nights We were given a room next to the restaurant and pool which smelt like food and very noisy from all the kids screaming which was not relaxing at all. After upgrading to a pool suite that was double the price for our 2nd and 3rd night hoping the experience would be better; we got a room that wasn’t cleaned and prepared properly. it was raining the 2nd day and the room did not have neither electricity or telephone connection or internet till our checkout; which meant I couldn’t even have room service ordered. Also the food and service was below average. overall not pleasant and would not return again.

Overall atmosphere and friendliness of staff.

Staff knocking on door a lot to check if all ok. The shower had 1 water pressure which I was hoping to increase. Fruit or snack platter left on the table longer than it should be.

i like the location

to expansive for what i got for that money. it was okay but NOT worth the money and I would not go again. (and I have been to more expansive countries and I did get the value that I payed for) in this hotel I did not get 5% back of what I payed for. was not worth it. I would pay 500€ not 3700€. dissappointed

your typical Anantara with incredible views. Food and drink is slightly overpriced IMO

location location location it really is all about the location for this hotel the restaurant choice is ok - slightly overpriced considering there isn't really an alternative breakfast was okay - had better at thousand nights in the desert valet service was handy nice recreation facilities including a decent tennis court

fumigation happened just around sunset which was a little annoying bags took 40 minutes to get to my room from the car park stargazing deck is just part of the swimming pool sundeck

The view was amazing. Room is comfortable. Location is great close to nice hikes. Very good breakfast

Size of the spa compared to the number of rooms. You need to book in advance as only 5 persons are allowed in the facilities at once. Dinner needs to be booked in advance as well or you will end up having diner quite late. Very expensive for the facilities available for this kind of standing and dinner is very expensive too (good but relatively small portions).

Great place for a short break.

The restaurants are great especially Bella Vista. The Team is very welcoming and courteous. The Spa is outstanding.

The location is good but it isn’t as exclusive as it looks in the pictures.
