You can have it all when you can stay in this fabulous 2BR/2BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 5th floor of the Pearl Building. The condo has views that are incredible, you can see and enjoy the Gulf and surrounding area up close and personal. This fabulous appointed large condo has an incredible view from the floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass doors that showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony offers the ideal place to retreat, relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the fresh Gulf air and spectacular sparkling Gulf of Mexico. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The master bathroom offers an oversized shower, soaker tub, sink and toilet. There is dressing area in the master bedroom off the master bathroom, perfect when a couple is getting ready for their day or night on the town and need their own space. The second bathroom is a shower/tub combination. The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table is centerally located and is perfect for family meals. Beach chairs (located in the condo), beach cart and towels are provided. The West pool is heated full time. The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Pearl. **This complex does utilize outside security cameras in the front and back of building. You are very close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards. Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site. This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. The minimum age to rent is 25. *Please Note: Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded): *Exceeding maximum occupancy. *After first warning for disruptive behavior. *Bringing any type of pet into the home. *Smoking in or around the home. *Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement. Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund. Date/stay changes cannot be altered after the booking has been made.

Beautiful view, clean, and secluded although it’s a condo with neighbors! It was our honeymoon and we had to make it short but it was great! Highly recommend!

Our rooms were on the 5th floor--which made the beach and pools easily accessible. After our arrival we discovered a welcome kit which was most generous with first aid, manicure items, extra flip flops, wine, snacks and a lovely welcoming note. As our stay progressed we discovered that this became the host's expression throughout the rest of our visit, as there was a bounty of just about every necessity; some things that you NEVER find at a vacation condo, like a whole bottle of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, extra paper towels, plenty of garbage bags and DW pods. It was very clean and neat, with no cabinets overloaded with broken games, etc. The floor was so clean one could walk barefooted (if you know what I mean!). The view from our balcony included the beach, pools, beautiful and full moonrise/set, gorgeous sunrise/set. It was perfect! We will definitely be back at The Pearl and try to stay at this particular unit again!

This condo was absolutely GORGEOUS! It was exactly as described plus more. It exceeded all of our expectations. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and full of amenities in every room! It even included beach amenities, such as a beach wagon, beach toys for little kids, beach chairs, tent, floats, etc. The welcome gift basket with a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival was so sweet and thoughtful. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! The overall Pearl complex was clean, quiet, and well managed. It’s conveniently located as well. HIGHLY recommend!

This was a gorgeous condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were visiting family and it worked out perfectly. We have stayed in many hotels on the beach and none of them were as nice or as accommodating. We loved our gift basket, so thoughtful. Just the little extra touches that made the stay special would make us come back.

This was our first time staying in Navarre. We’re stayed many times in other condos located on the gulf beaches. This was the best one we’ve stayed in. Beautifully decorated and great view from our balcony and while laying in bed. The host was just the best. Welcoming us with a gift basket and other things that we might need for our stay. This will be the place we want to stay in again next year. The only thing we found wrong was the TP was on the holder backward. LOL We LOVED this condo!

The condo was as described. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. View was wonderful and property manager was quick to respond to messages. Only thing I was even a little unhappy with was the 4 dumpsters of garbage that sat on property for a few days, the smell was a little rough but don’t really feel this is the property managers fault. Overall a great stay!

The room was beautiful! The location was very convenient. The overall cleanliness of the entire property was incredible. Great place to get away from all the “chaos” you normally get at some of the other locations in the gulf. Overall great place to RELAX! Which to me is what vacation is all about!

We visit Navarre Beach each summer, and The Pearl is one of our favorite properties. This particular condo is updated and has fabulous water views from the common areas and master bedroom. It was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with kitchen items, towels, soaps and even makeup remover wipes! Not only that, RMI vacations included many extras which other rentals do not— things such as beach towels, chairs, a cart, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, a bag of ice, extra garbage bags, extra paper towels. They even offered us a welcome basket with a complimentary bottle of wine! It sounds basic, but those small details made a huge difference in our ability to relax and just enjoy our vacation. We really appreciated the attentiveness. We will certainly look for RMI rentals on our next trip to Navarre.

We visited Navarre for a family reunion. Traveling with 3 small children can be a challenge, but the accommodations exceeded our expectations for our needs and the management truly went out of their way to make us feel at home. Given the proximity of family in the area and the numerous amenities of this property, we will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with family/younger children who are looking for a family friendly property as the location is unbeatable with excellent beach access, swimming pool, gym, beautiful views and plenty of space and amenities. The management included a number of incredibly thoughtful touches (like sandals and a bottle of wine). We felt right at home. Easy check in and check out process.

This condo was the best overall experience we've ever had at The Pearl complex. Comfy furniture, coastal decor, durable flooring throughout AND all amenities stocked from the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry. The only thing that was a negative was the screaming shower head in the guest bath. But this place is great and we will be actively trying to rent it again.

This was by far our best experience yet with rentals. The host was very attentive and kind. Loved the convenient location to the restaurants and shopping. We could walk to restaurants and the pier. The condo was beautiful and very clean. No expense was spared in making it comfortable and all needs were met. There was even a gift basket with nice gifts. The view was amazing, right on the beach overlooking the beautiful clear green/blue water! Beyond anything we could have thought. We will be back!

The condo was wonderful, although our only complaint is the 2nd bedroom if traveling with another couple is small and not near as comfortable as the master and is a full size bed. That doesn't make it under 5 stars just something for those traveling with couples to be aware. Other then that the condo was very clean as well as the beaches, pool, area is wonderful and not super busy! Lots of young families! We would for sure return. Got a bottle of wine, and a goodie basket and Michelle was great to work with!

Beautiful condo with stunning views. Condo had everything we needed. Even things we didn’t know we wanted, such as binoculars to watch the dolphins were supplied. We could not have enjoyed our stay any more than we did. Highly recommend!

This property is beautiful...the pictures just can't emphasize enough the breathtaking views. The unit was well stocked and we even had a welcome basket of goodies that was so thoughtful! We left the curtains open the whole time so we could see the amazing views anytime from the moment we woke up until we went to sleep. My husband and I travel a lot and we fell in love with this condo. There is a huge tub in the master bath. I was looking forward to taking a long hot bath but the water heater just couldn't do it. I am not sure if there is an issue with the water heater or if it just isn't big enough. Besides the water heater, the only other issue is the unit needs a separate ice maker as the one in the refrigerator simply doesn't make much ice. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and I am so glad because there weren't but 2 towels in the master bath. Thankfully we were the only ones staying in the unit so we robbed the towels from the other bathroom. This condo is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Michelle was amazing with communicating with us prior to our arrival and was available if we needed her after we checked in. We didn't have to bother her because everything was wonderful. Michelle went above and beyond! We were really sad when we woke up on our departure day because we knew we had to come back to reality. We loved the unit and location and will definitely be booking again.

Condo was extremely clean and Michelle was very responsive. She even brought a blender over in an hour after a text letting her know there wasn’t one in the condo. It was also extremely well stocked. We would definitely stay again!!
