The only thing you will see looking out the 40 feet of floor to ceiling windows and our expansive deck is the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Island. The condo location and view were amazing. Very clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable and amenities to suit all ages. Very laid back beach vibe. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.

The condo was beautiful and the view from the condo was amazing. We would partially close the curtains at night so we could wake up to the natural light. The sight of the sun rising off the water was spectacular!
The resort is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. There are plenty of activities to do all in one spot. The food at the on-site restaurant was also good if you don’t feel like leaving the property. I will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying at the Portifino resort! The place was Beautiful and the staff were courteous and kind. There were so many amenities at the resort ( sports, water inflatables, restaurants, etc.) that we really never left the resort. Also, the food at the restaurants within the resort were delicious. Fun Fact, the restaurant at the resort will deliver to your room for a small fee. Overall 5 out of 5 stars! We will definitely be back!

Carol was so easy to communicate with! Her condo is in tower 3, which is closest to the beach. Makes it very convenient to go to and from the ocean. A bottle of wine was waiting when we arrived, which was a nice surprise! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed. Closet in master bedroom has chairs, umbrella and a bag cooler! There were also 4 beach towels provided, which was so nice because I forgot ours! Overall just a great and easy experience!

Overall this is a great property with lots of amenities & we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean & well maintained. However the mattress in the master bed room was, lets call it well used. The kitchen was nicely stocked except we could have used a larger skillet (scrabled eggs for 6 - done in shifts). Beach access was an easy walk across the crosswalk & sand toys and chairs were available to us in the closet.
The free trolly was a very nice addition for trips down to restaraunts and shops, but there are also good options right on the property for both dining and shopping.
The pool complex was amazingly big and not overly crowded. We enjoyed the food and drink services on the pool deck.

The condo was perfect, well stocked and beds were comfortable. The facility / grounds were amazing, well kept and secure.
Pool service at the Lifestyle Center was my favorite. I truly felt like I was on vacation for a change (since Mom’s rarely get ‘served’).
The only ‘con’ would be the extra fees charged when we checked out that I wasn’t expecting. They may have been listed in the fine print, but I missed them.
Overall fabulous vacation beautiful beaches and great accommodations!

My husband and I really enjoyed everything this condo had to offer! Condo was spacious and tastefully decorated. The view was breathtaking! Owner was available if there was an issue, but we had none!. Portofino grounds were well kept, pools were very clean and staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the walking path along the Santa Rosa Sound, very pretty and easy walking! We would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again!

Portofino provided the perfect get away for us - exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations!! The property and grounds were immaculate - and the amenities were perfect! In particular, the tennis center and tennis pro Arthur were second to none!! Also perfect was our condo owner - coordinating with Carol was like working with your best friend - would bend over backwards to assist and over-the-top responsive, no matter the time or day of the week. We are already checking calendars for a return trip - we can't wait!! Thanks to all!!

All hostesses and staff was very friendly. Property very clean. Dinning and Bar areas are located so that you can look over the bay and enjoy sitting outside around pool and bar area or in side out of the weather elements.

We bought the Extreme package so we were able to do unlimited scoot coupes, wave runners, water park, paddle boards, kayaks and it included a beach set every day. The trick to getting a great spot is showing up at 8am every morning to select your set. This condo supplied a bunch of beach towels and a bottle of wine! Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo! Will return soon!

Compared to other properties we have stayed at, the condo had only the bare necessities. I wish there would have been a couple extra blankets in the closets because the comforters on the beds were rather thin. The property itself is very nice. The restaurants onsite were very convenient and tasty. The only downside was that I didn't realize until after I booked that you had to cross the street for the beach. Overall, it was a nice vacation and we enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful Property!
I'm always a little skeptical of rentals that have all 5 star reviews, but this place deserves it! It exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautiful - from the well-laid out floor plan to the tasteful decorations, and the crown jewel - the balcony views! I have visited the Gulf many times and this is easily the best views from any place I have stayed. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony was the highlight of the trip. The owners are super responsive and have truly thought of everything you could need. Our only regret is not booking a few more days here! We typically try new places when we go on vacation, but I wouldn't be surprised if we find ourselves back here again!
