Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this lovely house for $502 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath provides your party with all the amenities their hearts could desire. Described as the perfect beach house, this gem sleeps seven comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chair with a fold out twin. The master bath has dual sinks and a bath/shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed also. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Nestled between these two bedrooms is the second full bath with two sinks. The half bath is downstairs. There is a huge deck off the master bedroom which offers a bar with stools and a table with four chairs. The deck is also equipped with a propane fire pit with chairs to view the blue waters of the gulf. A private beach access is right out your back door and within a few steps, you are on the beach. This particular beach is one of the best places to surf in Pensacola or just relax. The beach house also offers a one car garage and ample parking for guests. Wireless internet and Direct TV are provided with an array of premium channels for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are waiting to keep the beach towels clean and dry. We had an amazing time at the beach house, especially loved the beach access. It’s located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. I felt comfortable walking my dog at night. The house was spacious for our family. Would definitely recommend this place for a beach getaway!

This is a well located condo just a short walk from the beach.The condo has three bedrooms and a nice open format on the main floor. I would have given 5 stars on cleanliness but there was mold on the shower curtains. This is an easy fix. All in all, my family enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Pros Location, you couldn’t ask for a better beach location Toys, such an added benefit Beds were decent Kitchen was adequately stocked Cons The house needs a good deep cleaning, baseboards and fans has layers of dust, walls are pretty marked up Black mold in the bathrooms (I’m sure this is common because of the humidity) Outdoor deck was too dirty to enjoy There are several poky plants on the back walkway to the beach, it’s easy to use the front Overall, it was a great place to stay. I would stay here again.

We loved being close to the beach, and having a garage full of beach equipment was great! We had a blast with the surf boards, paddle boards, and kayaks! David was also a great host and very responsive!

David was great, very friendly and helpful. Cleaning lady was very rude and disrespectful to us and David. She also did not clean well. But, great location, great place, just needs a better and nicer cleaning lady.

We love everything about this place.. it’s just the perfect mix of beach bum and comfort. Just a short walk to the beach and we always leave happy and relaxed. We love that we can bring our Boston Terrier. We have stayed here before and we will request to stay here again!

The house is beach side and a short walk down an alley to the sands of the beach. House is nice and the stocked garage with items to use at the beach particularly stands out from any other place. Enjoyed our stay. Host is responsive and easy to work with.

Our short stay was just what we needed. While the dogs aren’t allowed at the beach right outside this property, the dog beach was only a mile down the road, so we were able to take them there for awhile and come back to enjoy some human beach time right in our backyard. The beach chairs and toys in the garage made it all the more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy beach getaway!

Our goal was for the guys to fish and our wives to hang out on the beach. We caught our first ever pompano surf fishing. We were able to to store all our items in the garage making it super convenient. Place was ideal for two couples. We had one dog with us. It was easy to go back and forth to check on dog, grab a sandwich and whatever we needed. This placed was everything advertised.

Somethings was a little outdated but definitely a great location & everything you need to use & play on the beach. Perfect getaway for us. David is great & fast at communicating with you. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location. The unit needs a little work. The eyes on the stove don't fit and made it hard to cook. Kitchen is very small. The upstairs master bedroom floor needs work it was hard to close the door. The main bathroom upstairs had cracked tiles from the floor being uneven. There was daylight coming through the front door sni it was very cold we had to stuff paper to keep it warm. There was a little smell in the stair way. I believe the filters needed to be changed. The cleaning person could do a little better. We had a great time anyway.

Yes it's a 15 sec walk to the beach. Yes the beds are comfy. Yes there are alot of stuff to use in the water. That is it!! The carpet going up the stairs and in the bedrooms is probably 15 years old and looks horrible. There is a funky smell in the house and I think it's the carpet. We stayed there in Nov and it got down to the low 40s at night and the upstairs stays cold. Very little heat blows thru the vents. Normally it's hot upstairs and cold downstairs. This house is just the opposite. The tile around the bathtub is disgusting and you can peel the paint off the bathroom wall. I know you get what you pay for but the carpet is bad. The 1 couche in the living room are also very uncomfortable.

Townhouse was very nice with big bedrooms. Glad we could bring the dog. Short walk to beach. Dave helped me over the phone to set up TV. Hope to return. Had more than we expected, like hair dryers.

Our family had a great stay for a few days at this rental home. Our kids loved that they each had their own room. Beds were very comfortable. The fact that the property had beach chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks, and paddleboards that could be used was one of the reasons we chose to book this property. We were thrilled that the beach was a short walk and you have a walkway from the back door to the beach directly. The owner responded immediately to any messages. Will definitely keep this rental in mind for another stay in the future.

We had an amazing time here, it’s just as advertised. Plenty of room in the house for a family, and all the extras you have access to our a huge plus(kayaks, paddle boards, even caught fish with the fishing poles). Definitely look to book again

This location is amazing. A few steps away from beach/ocean. The VRBO was clean. Everything seemed to work great minus a few things such as Restroom fan in master bedroom and Fan in one of bedrooms but they had backup fans that worked great. The communication with owner was great. Quick responses.

Highly Recommended!!! Our stay was perfect!! The beach house was clean, roomy and comfortable. I had everything I needed for preparing meals. We loved both of the outdoor spaces out back and used them daily. The deck off the master bedroom had a table with an umbrella for some shade and a small view of the ocean over neighbors decks. There was a fire pit as well but we didn’t use it. The downstairs outdoor area had 2 swings which our teenagers enjoyed. The garage was full of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kayaks, and paddle boards as well as 3 bicycles (1 double seater). My husband and I used the two single bikes almost daily. The walking path to the ocean was short and easy. Perfect stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is spacious and very close to a beautiful beach. We loved using all the provided beach toys. The AC went out while we were there (on a Saturday, of course!) And the owner had someone out on Sunday afternoon to fix it. It could use some updating and maintenance to be pristine, but it worked for our families. I only wish I could hear and see the waves from the house.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property! Check-in was super easy, everything was as stated in the description, everything we needed was there and ready for us. Perfect spot and it was a short walk to the beach. A very quiet neighborhood and had absolutely no issues whatsoever. We will definitely be back! Thank you, David!
