Situated in Pensacola Beach, this charming condo for $701 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to โMy Blue Heaven โ ๐๐๐ + positive 5 star reviews to date !!!! Gulf front, 2 bed ,2 bath located on the 15th floor out of 17 . Just a FYI -We do not advertise on Craigslist and lastly I highly suggest buying travel insurance to cover for unexpected cancellations at the time you book . Also this condo sleeps 6 MAX including children . The best way to check this out is watch the video. It is the 2nd or third picture in. Click play and see if this is a good match for you. We have managed this particular unit since 2013. This condo is very well-stocked compared to most rentals things that in most condos you have to bring with you this has . Beach towels , cleaning supplies the little things that matter . The object of this place is return rentals and when you come in here you will see why. This place has loads of repeat guests for a reason ! There is 2 pools below one of which is heated in the winter there's also an outdoor Jacuzzi on the ground floor level there is a public gym for condo guest use. This Condo is super popular because it is within walking distance of everything in the core of Pensacola beach you can walk to the restaurants and bars you take the elevator downstairs and within 3 to 4 minutes you are are putting your toes in the sand there's no roads to cross.

The condo was exactly as promised and more, we loved it! It was very nicely furnished, up to date, comfortable, spotlessly clean and it really was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. On top of that the view was amazing, miles of ocean and white sand beach. The location was unbeatable, we walked to dinner and the grocery store was a quick drive across the bridge for anything else we needed. The owner was very nice, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back.

The condo was great. Most well appointed condo I have ever rented. Everything but food was there. Was disappointed because the heated pool was not hot until the last day we where there. They did not turn the heaters on until after the cold snap and they didn't work and they didn't start working on them until the second day . The pool finally got warm after 4 days and then we had to leave.

We had a great time at this condo. We have been staying in condoโs up and down the Gulf Coast for 10+ years and have never stayed in a condo as well stocked as this one. It was a great surprise and much appreciated. Everything was perfect!

This was our second time at My Blue Heaven and it was just as fabulous and amazing as our first stay. Mary and Jeff are the absolute best! Top notch management, fast responses to any questions/issues we may have had. Our only issue/regret was it ended way too soon! We WILL be back!

An excellent location with two great pools/ hot tub/ beach accessโฆ all the amenities of home. If it is cooler, the boardwalk is a short skip down the street. It has a great view of the Gulf! The manager is most helpful and very availableโฆ weโve stayed at the Emerald Isle for 23 years now and it lab to continue to do such!!

This property was fantastic! Beautiful view, lovely unit, spacious pool and pool deck, boardwalk to beach, EXTREMELY responsive rental agent! The only slight problem was lack of sufficient parking. The condominium does NOT guarantee two parking spaces per unit. There are not enough spaces, so there is a maximum of two cars per unit, but these are given to registrants on a first come basis. Our salvation was our rental agent who obsessively worried about our two cars and was able to register both our vehicles.

We really enjoyed the stay. Great beach and beach access, the pools and hot tub were very nice. The condo was spacious and clean; the balcony provided a great beach view and sunrise view.
We reported a minor maintenance issue and it was corrected promptly in less than two hours.

Pensacola Beach is the best location! This Condo is amazing! The only bad part is having to go home. Mary and Jeff were so awesome. They were so awesome and provided so much information to make our stay perfect. The condo was better equipped than any of the previous stays we have had anywhere else. The beds are super comfy, kitchen is perfectly stocked! The bang for the buck is the balcony overlooking the Gulf and being able to watch all the activity. We are going to be reaching out to Mary for our next trip, we can't wait to get it on the books!

It was our first family vacation to the beach, and everything was awesome. The condo was everything we wanted. Great views, awesome location and it has all the little extras being very well stocked even with rainy day games if needed. It is much appreciated all the extra stocked things in kitchen/laundry and made the stay so much easier. Mary was awesome to work with and answers any questions quickly and great at communicating everything you need to know. She went out of her way to get us a coffee pot when there was an issue with ours. Got a new one to us in two hours. Very clean condo and highly recommend this one for your family vacation.

Property owner was very accessible and detailed throughout the entire process. The facility displayed a gorgeous view of the ocean. The property was very spacious and fully stocked with everything you would need. The logistics of this property is perfect because you can walk to some of the local restaurants and shops.

I spent hours searching for the perfect place. & Maryโs place was it! We had the perfect location with the beach right outback with the most beautiful views, a bay view out front, & restaurants and shops right across the street. Most things we in walking distance. We did have to take an Uber to Publix. Maryโs kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and clean up. Her property was well decorated, spacious and CLEAN! The sheets SMELLED GOOD! The towels smelled good! Sand didnโt stick to my bare feet when I walked around. The couch and bed were comfy! Each day we were on the beach we got 2 beach chair & an umbrella free of charge! Mary was so nice & so so accommodating. She stayed in touch with me while I was on my stay, giving me recommendations & just cute little texts. Her hospitality is 10/10!! & I can not recommend her & this place enough!! To top it off, her place was about the lowest price I found. Thank you for an amazing stay, Mary!

We absolutely LOVED this place. Unit was clean, well appointed and very cozy. Iโm addition, Emerald Isle tower is ideally situated with restaurants right across the street, perfectly situated on the beach and within walking distance to most things on the strip. Security and parking is very restrictive, but we donโt view that as a bad thing. Would highly recommend for your beach getaway and perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as you soak in the sound and smell of the beach.

We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it. We have always stayed at Emerald Isle, but this condo is special. Mary is so friendly and helpful. The condo has so many extras like beach towels, chairs, toys. The kitchen has spices, ziplock bags, dishwasher soap, washing machine soap. The list goes on and on. Itโs so nice to know you donโt have to take all that stuff! Iโll be back in September! Thanks for everything, Mary and Blue Heaven!

Favorite condo at Emerald Isle so far (and we've stayed at about 6 different ones so far). Mary was a wonderful host and the condo was perfect with lots of little extras that made the stay so enjoyable and convienent. Emerald Isle was THE BEST place ever! Every day I woke up to a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo has everything you will need, and it was nice and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked so you can plan on cooking some of your meals yourself. We went to a couple restaurants around the area (Wet Pig and Shaggy) and the food was great. The girls (my daughter and her friend - both 16) went parasailing and had the best time! Mary Bedard is AMAZING! The best host you can ever wish for! Her enthusiasm, energy and overall disposition makes you feel like family! It was SO HARD to leave Emerald Isle (I did shed some tears). I will be back for sure. Don't hesitate! Go ahead and book it! This is the place for anyone looking for a piece of Heaven on Earth!
