We have a 2 BR GULF FRONT unit on the 16th floor of Tower 5 with sensational sunsets every evening! Tower 5 is close to the beach, a short walk gets you right on the beautiful white sand and pristine waters of Pensacola. It is a just a couple minutes walk to the tennis courts, the Spa/lifestyle center, Infinity Pools and restaurant. Each of the five towers in the Portofino Resort offer their own large pool and hot tub, along with umbrella tables, chairs, and loungers for sunbathing. Our unit faces southwest, and is the newest of the five towers. The only thing you will see looking out the 40 feet of floor to ceiling windows. Beautifully furnished 1,333 square foot unit with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen bed in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have private baths and there is a half bath in the common area. There is a sofa in the great room, which opens into a queen sleeper. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TV’s with ceiling fans and direct entry to the balcony. The great room includes an entertainment center with 42” plasma TV, and DVD Blu-ray player, movies on hand to watch or rent movies online. The dining area features a table with seating for six. In addition, 3 bar stools offer additional seating facing into the fully equipped kitchen. The condo was perfect for my husband and I to bring my mom and our adult son. The view is spectacular from this units terrace. You have the beach on side, all the beautiful custom beach homes in the center and the sound/bay on the right. You feel as if you can see to the edge of the world. The condo was spotless and had every amenity we could have hoped for and the booking, check in and check out was a breeze. We have stayed in many units at Portofino and it is a spectacular vacation. I spent a lot of time walking along the sound on this trip with my mom and enjoyed it so much. You can't imagine how peaceful it is for such a large beach community. You can just get lost in that clear blue water. I highly recommend this unit, the owners and the Portofino no matter if it is just you and your spouse, or a young family or older children and parents. There is something for everyone to get the most out of their vacation.

Carol and Rick's place is just what we were looking for! We have never stayed in a resort setting with our two young kids, but they absolutely loved it! The resort has everything-great pools, outside activities, and even great on-site restaurants! Carol and Rick were super responsive and communicative, even despite an issue with an appliance while we were there. It was immediately replaced, and they kept in contact the entire time about what to expect. Next time, we could even pack lighter, as their place had ALL the beach and pool amenities one could need (towels, chairs, toys, boards). We will be back! A slice of paradise.

From the moment we arrived at the Portofino condos we were impressed. The grounds and the staff were wonderful. Our condo was amazing! The beds were very comfortable and it had all of the super cute beach decorations. I love the fact each building had it’s own pool and hot tub. The owners were in touch before we arrived and were available if we had questions. We will definitely be back!

I am so impressed with this condo and resort! The room was so clean and had everything you needed and more! Board games, books, movies, beach toys galore…. And my most favorite extra, there was fans in the closet! I was prepared to use a fan app on my phone each night but seeing those box fans really unexpectedly made our stay SO much better! The complimentary bottle of wine was wonderful and the host let us know as soon as the room was cleaned and ready so we could head that way a little early. We all had plenty of room to spread out in the condo and the beach and pool was just a few minutes walk away. The elevators were the fastest ones I’ve ever been in! The staff at the resort were exceptional as well, every single person we talked to was helpful and friendly. They held our luggage for us at the office for hours while we enjoyed the resort waiting on our ride back home. We will most certainly be back! Thank you!

Portofino is the only place we stay in Pensacola and so happy we found this unit for our winter stay this year. This unit was exactly as described and pictured; owners thought of everything and many extras that you do not normally find. Tower 5 has the best sunset views on the beach and we enjoyed the warmer than normal temperatures for February. Thank you for sharing the your condo with us to enjoy our six weeks on the beach!

to celebrate brining in the new year. Wonderful firework show on the sound side. Beautiful views of the beach and the sound. Very clean and kept well. We would consider returning in the future.

We couldn’t have rented a better place! The ammenities are Potofino are amazing! The condo was perfect, the owners thought of evything we could need including a lovely complimentary bottle of wine! The views of Pensacola beach and the sound from every room are spectacular, especially at sunset! Thank you for sharing this condo with us! We had a great time and it was so relaxing!

Our favorite condo!
This was my second year staying at this condo. We loved it so much last year that we made sure to book it again for this year. The condo has a great view of the gulf and it is very easy to get to the pool and beach from the room. It is decorated beautifully and well stocked. Beautiful property
We had a wonderful week at Portofino’s and the Lisk condo unit. The condo unit has one of the best sunset views. Very comfortable furnishings. The pool/hot tub on property were so easy to access and clean. My boys loved it.
The restaurant had the most delicious menu.
Beach access was excellent with nearly a private beach most of the time.

Our second stay in this lovely condo was just as wonderful as our first. The views from the spacious balcony (wow) were amazing, but what really stood out was the care put into this place. The mattresses and bedding were of very good quality as well as the coastal decor. It was nice to stay somewhere familiar with a warm and welcoming vibe. We would definitely recommend this unit. The owners were very kind both times we visited! We made the most out of a Pandemic getaway and left feeling rested and appreciative of the reminder that life was still good! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with our family of three.

Week long stay for sons wedding
Stayed with wife, son, daughter in law, and grand son for other sons wedding. Plenty of room for all, spent a lot of time at beach, a little further away than I expected but not terribly bad. Condo was very clean and well maintained and stocked with all the kitchen items you need. Will most likely return in November

The condo was stocked with a starting supply of coffee pods, coffee, filters, salt and pepper, washing detergent, toilet tissue and paper towels. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed to cook several meals for our party of 6. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the pullout was used by teenagers, who said it was also comfortable for a sofa bed. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided for our group. The beach closet of toys, chairs, etc was so nice to have available for guest use. The furnishings were beautiful, but did not take away from the amazing views from the 16th floor balcony. The balcony outdoor furniture was also comfortable enough to spend many hours outside enjoying the view. We would definitely return to this beautiful piece of heaven on earth.
