Situated in Pensacola Beach, this lovely condo for $613 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We have gone out of our way to ensure that you will have everything you could need for your stay and it is of utmost importance to us that you feel 100% happy with your choice to rent our property. As owners, and previous VRBO renters ourselves, we understand the desire to stay in a property that has been well cared for, well stocked, and is very clean, comfortable and un-cluttered. If cleanliness, quality furnishings, and extra amenities are important to you, then this is the condo for you! We feel confident that you will not be disappointed. Located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, you will enjoy the easy access of restaurants, live entertainment, shops, and the Pensacola Beach Pier. One of the best features of Emerald Isle, is the easy access to the beach. Once you leave the lobby and pool area, the beach is only a few feet away. There is no street to cross, making it very convenient and easy to transport your belongings. There are two pools, one of which is heated, and a hot tub. A fitness center and sauna on the lower level is also available at no additional fee. This 11th floor unit is located on one of the more desirable floors in the building, as it is away from any noise and distraction from the pool area. This is the perfect unit for small families, couples traveling together, snowbirds, or a girl's getaway weekend. You will enjoy total privacy out on your balcony while you enjoy the spectacular view of the gulf. It has two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom faces the gulf, providing the most beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 people and there are two twin memory foam mattresses available for extra visitors. There are 2 smart TV's in the unit (master bedroom and living room) and a 3rd TV in the guest room. With the smart TV feature you will be able to access your netflix and your other online subscriptions, as well as free features such as iHeart radio to play music throughout those areas in the unit. A DVD/Blue ray player is also available for the living room TV. The newly renovated kitchen features granite countertops, fabulous GE profile appliances, and a new stainless steel backsplash. The dining room table seats four and there are an additional 3 barstools at the bar for extra seating. The balcony has seating which consists of two rocking chairs, a small love seat, and coffee table. Lazy Days Beach Rentals provides our beach chair service. Two large beach chairs and umbrella are included and reserved with this condo (a $30 per day value). Available 7 days a week, March 1st–Oct 31st (244 days annually) 8:00am – 6:00pm; Peak Season (Weather Permitting). During the off season, there are chairs and an umbrella in the condo you can take down to the beach. Please note our rates are firm. Maximum of 6 occupants, no pets. We are local owners who live in downtown Pensacola and would be happy to assist you with any further questions you might have. We will also be available to answer any questions or provide assistance in the event you run into any problems with the unit on short notice.

We went to Pensacola Florida for our sons 21st birthday. The condo was beautiful and fully furnished. The view was breath taking. It was a short walk to the shopping and restaurants

The place was great ,had everything we could think of and items we did not expect. Was in a great spot, the views were amazing and Lisa our host is phenomenal. We arrived early and were around the area Lisa called and let us know we could check early. We were definitely impressed by the level of attention and details on instuctions. I'm not certain how many times my husband and I have stayed at this property but I'm certain it's not enough! Lisa is the consummate host, from the moment you make your reservation until you sadly close the door to head back to reality! The unit is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need. The view from your balcony, while sitting in the very comfortable balcony furniture, is unmatched. My only complaint is that we can never stay as long as we would like...but maybe one day!

We enjoyed having the beach chairs included and used everyday. Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are happy, and we are leaving very happy but so sad to go!

Very impressed with this condo. Lisa was very accommodating and had the condo stocked. We’ve never stayed somewhere that people put in the time and/or effort that she did. We had the best time and the kids loved it!

We had an amazing time on our visit! The property was beautiful and had spectacular views of the ocean. It was conveniently located in town so many of the places we wanted to go to were within walking distance. It was also so nice being right on the beach and being able to sip my coffee watching the waves every morning. We all agreed that next time we visit we will be returning to this specific rental! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Without a doubt best property we have ever rented. Immaculate, well furnished, wonderful views. Best of all was the balcony, very private and cozy. Easy walk to beach - no steps! Property owner was so responsive to our questions. Lisa really cares that guests enjoy their visit to the utmost. She even provided us welcome treats. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance, several small cafes for coffee, breakfast, and lunch just across the road. Everything was so convenient. There may be other places as nice as this but surely none nicer.

What an amazing condo!! Beachfront with a beautiful view just steps to the beach. There are 2 pools and one is heated which was great during our stay. The condo was clean and FULLY stocked including extras of things I normally have to bring with us. The two free beach chairs included made it an even better value. We found this condo on VRBO, and were blown away by all the positive reviews. We were not disappointed! The condo was so clean, and spacious. It was close enough to walk to several restaurants, but still far enough from the crowded public beach! The condo was stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, and also beach items that we would have had to buy extra to enjoy those beach days! Also, 2 chairs and an umbrella are included in the stay, so you don't have to lug those things to the beach to sit by the ocean! Lisa was available to answer all my questions, and was so kind in every interaction! We will definitely be back to this part of the beach, and this condo!

Lovely condo, nicely decorated, clean. Loved the location and felt secure in the building. Right on the beach and very nice pool area. Bedding was comfortable and kitchen was welll equipped. The owner was very accomodating and answered all texts quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great experience! Lisa was super responsive and helpful. The place was so well stocked I truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s house instead of a rental. Location is great too- a bit more on the quiet side of town which we like, and the pool/ hot tub area was lovely.

I have owned VRBO properties so I know how hard pleasing people can be. This unit was perfect for my trip with by best friend from WAY BACK. When looking, I found much cheaper options but something drew me to this unit. It did not disappoint!!! The EXTRA touches that this property had were spectacular! I highly recommend

Management was amazing. Lisa was very quick to respond. We had everything we needed. Please if you were staying here do not overpack. Toiletries, coffee, beach toys and beach towels, boogie boards, even down to fingernail polish and nail polish remover. The view was beautiful, the pool was super clean and nice. This unit was clean and just like the pictures promised. We enjoyed our stay and Lisa was super helpful when we had questions. It was our anniversary and there was a nice present for our anniversary waiting for us when we arrived. There were all kinds of extra touches that made this unit extra special. It was well stocked, etc. We have stayed in several units at Emerald Isle and this is one of the best ones. Hope to stay here again.

I wish I could give this property 10 stars! This is truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, especially at the beach! It has EVERYTHING you could need, which proved very handy when it turned out we had forgotten a few things at home. Coffee, creamers, beach supplies, scissors, you name it! The owner was very responsive to our questions during and before our stay. This is such a beautiful condo with great decorations and art, it truly feels like you are staying at a friends home rather than just a plain old beach rental which are so abundant. We can’t wait for our next stay here!

OMG! Let me start with I NEVER leave reviews, but I cant rave enough about Lisa and this property. I have never had an easier check in then this. Every code worked perfectly and every question answered. Lisa is responsive within minutes of your questions. The condo itself was fabulous- just like in the pictures. She goes above and beyond with what she supplies. We had the most relaxing carefree vacation! Thank you for letting us rent this condo. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time VRBOing it, so we were unsure of what to expect. Our experience with our host Lisa was outstanding!! She was very accommodating with our check in arrangements and was quick to respond to questions. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the view of the ocean was simply breathtaking. The amenities in the condo were so convenient. This was definitely one of our most memorable vacations ever. We’ll definitely be back again next year!!

Every room was clean. Fans were already on so it wasn't hot when we entered. Bath and beach towels were clean and ready to use. The kitchen was spotless. The bathroom was clean as well. Everything that you think you need is already at the condo provided by the host.
The complimentary beach umbrella and chairs was a nice touch, on top of the jacuzzi that we used almost every night.
She was very prompt with every question. Great host! Highly recommend and will definitely come back in the future to book again!
