Located at Twin Palms Resort, you are close to the best of everything Panama City Beach has to offer! From Pier Park and Gulf World, to Pineapple Willy's and the Sportsplex, you are just minutes from great activities and just steps from the beach. You will love the open kitchen, which is fully stocked with all of the small appliances, utensils and tools you will need. Whether you want to make coffee to enjoy on your balcony or make a full dinner to share with your guests, you can do it here! The open floor plan leads into the living room, offering tons of natural light and gorgeous ocean views. There is a large, flat screen TV and tons of seating, perfect for movie nights. The Master bedroom features a King bed, with its own en suite bathroom for extra privacy. You have ample storage and your own private access to the balcony! It is the perfect place to end a busy day at the beach. The Guest Bedroom has a full bed and another full bathroom. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area if needed. You will also find a Washer and Dryer in the property for your convenience. Twin Palms is located right in the heart of Panama City Beach. Located just steps from the ocean, you can spend your day relaxing at the beach. Twin Palms has a large pool with huge pool deck area, complete with a hot tub, grill area and tables and chairs for dining. There is an indoor hot tub, a newly renovated fitness center, complete with dry and steam saunas. You are just moments from all of the best PCB has to offer- so whether you stay on the beach all day or venture out, you are sure to have a great time! Note: Garage Clearance: 6' This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be. RESORT PROJECT NOTICE: Starting on 01/23/24, the resort will start redoing the walkway of each floor. Each floor will take approximately two days to complete. The first day will be the grinding of the floor to remove any of the old paint and to get to the concrete. The second day will be to apply the coating (and this is the only time guests/owners cannot be on the floor for about 6 to 8 hours). Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 25.

We had a great time. The condo is a little far from most evening restaurants, but easily accessible with a short drive. Our room was wonderful with an awesome view. There is spotty phone service, but was able to connect to WiFi. Our kiddos enjoyed a short walk to the beach or pool each day. We would stay here again.

The place is genuinely great from the not so crowded beach to the condo itself. Whoever thought to put two full beds instead of a queen is a genius!! Definitely will look into staying here again.

Great condo with wonderful views located in 20th floor! Good coffee shop/bakery across the street, only down fall is not much is within walking distance due to location on strip.

We love the location of this condo as it is close to tons of great restaurants and Walmart. Any issues we had were resolved quickly after reaching out to management. The condo was slightly outdated, some of the furniture could do with replacing. Patio was very spacious and the view was spectacular! We really enjoyed the grill area by the pool. We loved having a smaller condo complex to stay in, not busy and security of codes to keep it private.

Reckless kids running around . Drugs being used and sold on an around our resort. I was scared to even bring my kids out of the room . Unacceptable

There were many things that needed replacing. The balcony furniture, some pans, cutting boards. There were no pot holders, a mop- the floors needed a deep clean, vegetable peeler. The couches needed to be cleaned. Not well stocked for cooking. Had some missing light bulbs. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice.

I was planning to enjoy my time away with family, but was disappointed. The rooms are outdated, the furniture, lamps, dressers, and patio furniture are all old and should be thrown away. The pots and pans were filthy. The refrigerator was not thoroughly cleaned. I had to clean some areas, before I felt somewhat comfortable. The master bed is pretty much on the floor. The Wi-fi was awful. The TV's are flat screen, but older and needs updating. I had to work as well, so I'm glad I had my hot spot. The ocean view is beautiful and the washer and dryer is nice. When you are providing a place for guest to lay their head and spend precious moments, and their money you should take pride in your place/ business, or dont rent it. It appears that improving the place is not a priority. I won't ever go back. I have visited some really nice places in Panama city, so maybe I'm just used to feeling like I'm home, away from home In a nice clean comfortable place. Never again!!

The description of the property was very accurate. The photos don't really do justice to the spaciousness of the condo. With 3 generations together, it was important to feel that we had space to spread out and have some alone time. Even the balcony was big enough for little ones to run, meals to be served and lazy reading on the loungers. Everything was very clean and neat and our calls about questions were answered promptly and pleasantly. We will try to get this unit again.

Balcony view is breathtaking, plenty of room for family of 5. Many kitchen amenities available. This condo is right on the beach and close to cafes, restaurants and stores. It would be better if it came with crib, and sand toys for kids. Great vacation and this part of Florida has some of the best beaches we have ever seen. Thank you Andre + family

The unit was beautiful! Amazing views of the ocean! The only negative thing is we had to wear socks or our sandels in unit because the floors were dirty, although swept and tidy, without socks our feet were black from dirt. Our socks were filthy after wearing them in unit. The nightstand and couch had empty water bottles and candy wrappers etc behind them. The sheets had stains so we washed them but they weren't dirty just stained. I would stay in this unit again, but require the floors being mopped and cleaned better and nice white unstained sheets. We never slept in the other room so not sure how things were in there.

Property is just as advertised. Great views, balcony is amazing! Beds are nice and comfortable. Unit was very clean. Staff at complex were friendly and it was reassuring and made us feel safe that they often check bracelets and parking passes. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. When we arrived we did have a few issues but Kayleigh was excellent! She made sure whatever issue arose during this stay it was taken care of in a timely manner. She stayed in contact with me during our time there. We would stay here again!!
