***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.*** Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in. The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo. This Marisol unit is a roomy 4 bedroom beachfront condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. There are no other 4 bedroom condos in Panama City Beach with the size and layout like this one. But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day. Every room in this unit is special. The living room well appointed. It features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. Condo had a great view. We had 4 adults and 8 kids in our group. Lots of things to do with the kids nearby. The beach was just a quick walk out the back of the condo. Seemed like a very private stay witch we liked. Had comunity pool which the kids enjoyed while not in the gulf or on the beach. The bedroom overlooking the the beach had a very uncomfortable bed. With the length of the stay it would have been nice if there was Tupperware in the cabinets. My main reccomendation is check in/out times would be better if it were 3pm in and 10am out.

Property was nice and very good area. Stains on White bedspread should have been bleached or replaced, needs outlet cover on outlet in master bedroom. Needs new thermostat in main area, stains on furniture but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Overall it was a nice condo and We would stay there again.

The unit is large and spacious and the layout is excellent for large families. Starting with the foyer being a nice size to come in & drop all your beach items at the door. The 1st master bedroom is perfect for a family to use a pop up crib and still have lots of room to move around. Has a balcony to sit and enjoy the morning sun. Also great noise reduction walls - only heard the occasional loud motorcycle. The 2nd bedroom connects to a full bath. Nice and roomy as well. The 3rd bedroom was perfect for our daughter & son-in-law & my 3 year old grandson. They had a queen bed and he had the bottom bunk and used the top for extra storage. The primary suite was perfect for my in-laws who have some disabilities. Plenty of room to maneuver. They were able to enjoy the view from the first floor balcony and enjoyed sitting out there daily and watching the kids play. The kitchen is supplied with all the amenities however could use some more cups. We used plastic plates and cups so we didn’t have to wash dishes as much! (I mean we ARE on vacation, right?) The only issue we had was the couches were stained very badly. I called as soon as we arrived and expressed my concern. They sent someone over immediately and deep steamed cleaned them. Looked like brand new! The washer/dryer are brand new- not rusted out like other places I’ve been. Quick walk to the beach! The elevators are always in working order & the site manager was great! Right in the heart of PCB. We will be back! Thanks!

Unit was not clean on arrival, soiled furniture, sewer smell coming from bathroom, jacuzzi tub leaked when used, construction started at 7 in the mornings, drilling and hammering concrete. I would never stay at the Marisol again nor tell anyone i know about the Marisol

All in all we had a great time. I called a head of time about the reviews I read about the cleaning of the condo. It was clean but the furniture was dirty and needs a deep clean. I will be sending pictures about something I'm really upset about. The hot tube in the main front bedroom was missing the cover to the part of the tub that sucks in water catching my daughter's buttocks in and hurting her and bruising her. She is terrified of the tubs now. Like I said all in all it was a good trip but they need to deep clean the unit and fix a few things because my daughter could have been hurt way way worse.

Very roomy. Great location. LR furniture needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Bought sheets to cover the couch and loveseat. Over all it was a great place.

Overall the place is great! Great views, spacious rooms. However, the showers we not cleaned well and the sofas need to be replaced or deep cleaned (this is why the 3 stars). It didn’t affect our stay but that would be what I would improve. Other than that, we had a great time.

Our stay overall was fantastic. The weather was wonderful and the condo was as I remembered it from our first stay several years ago. The building overall could use some updating as it is showing some wear and tear. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family. I would suggest they replace the living room furniture as it is terribly stained. Perhaps invest in new furniture and some slip covers for easy washing. We simply used extra sheets to cover the furniture so we didn’t feel as though we were sitting on someone else’s filth. The easy access to the beach is a huge bonus and the included beach chairs and umbrella made it nice so we didn’t have to pack so many chairs. We will definitely consider this rental in any future visits to the area.

We had a great stay. The condo accommodations were great but the outside hallway was a little dark because the outside lights didn’t turn on until 8pm. We are happy we had time with our family.

Room was not clean, 2 sinks were clogged, one bed had dirty sheets and full of sand, no extra sheets for the pull it bed. Location and size of room were excellent. Been coming to PCB for 35 years, this was the nastiest room we’ve had.

Over all it was a great stay!
The couch needs to be cleaned it was pretty dirty.
You also have to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags and dish soap and dishwasher tabs. And paper towels! But it was beautiful and our family had a great vacation

The condo was spacious, which we loved. It could use some deeper cleaning and a few minor maintenance repairs, which I didn't report because it did not affect our stay and I didn't feel like it would be addressed after reading other reviews and speaking with the management company about other questions. The most disappointing part was the parking instructions. I had seen reviews about this being confusing so I thought the best way to clarify was to speak to someone. The people from management were friendly but had little knowledge of the actual property. The parking instructions in the welcome email states to park in overflow parking across the street in any non-numbered spot. All of the green Marisol spaces are numbered. I asked specifically about this and described the colored markings and that there were other non-numbered, yellow parking spaces on the next row. Management personnel told me to park in those spots since they weren't numbered. The car was towed that evening with a $262 cash only fee to get it out. The solution is to park the second vehicle in a green NUMBERED parking space, even though the numbers do not correspond to the unit or any other information.
The reason we chose this property was the sleeping space and the location on the beach. I am unsure about renting again due to the vague/uninformed management company. It is a smaller complex which made for better elevator wait times and a less crowded beach area.

After we learning all the codes that was OK. The doors don't lock automatically which is OK. There needs to be instruction on how to lock the door. The dishwasher sprayer on the top of the machine was lying on the top rack of the dishwasher. We hand washed the dishes during our stay. Someone kept scotching the parking lot door so I finally threw the wooden "scotch" in the garbage. Definitely a security breach!!! The maintenance man thought it could be our group and knocked on our door and wouldn't announce his name or reason for knocking. I am short and can't see out the "peep hole." I give the condo a "4.25" out of "5." Only small things need to be addressed.

Recently rented a 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo. Condo layout was amazing! However, parking was unacceptable. Had to pay to park in a public lot @ $12.00 per day & this was not prime season! With a condo this large you need at least 3 parking passes. When I called to request an additional pass(lots of spaces vacant the entire stay), my call was not returned. Not enough hand towels or dish towels for a long stay(1 kitchen towel, 1 hand towel per bath.

There are a few concerns I’d like to warn future guests of. Most importantly, the parking rules are very misleading. Despite my true intentions to honestly follow the rules, my vehicle was towed at the expense of $150 CASH ONLY. The rules from the Marisol owner stated, “There is also extra space for a 2nd vehicle in a non numbered spot in the overflow lot. Please do not park in any other numbered space or you will be towed.” I found the overflow lot and parked in a non-numbered spot. As it turned out, however, those non-numbered spots belong to the condo next door. Every Marisol spot is numbered, and a sign next to them indicates a red tag is required instead of the green tag provided for a second vehicle. As such, my vehicle was towed from a lot with plenty of parking available for others. The parking instructions could be more simply explained as, “use the green tag and park in one of the green numbered spots.”Also, the door code we were given for the lobby was incorrect, as was the side door code. There is a different code for the boardwalk gate, and of course another code for the condo door, which is a little tricky to maneuver, especially after using four different codes to get into the place. An email to the owner asking for clarification about the wifi code went unanswered, as did an email about the towing and door code concerns. Otherwise, the condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is right on the beach and very close to major attractions. We needed more blankets, as we could only find one extra blanket in one of the four bedrooms. All in all, our stay was wonderful but we will likely avoid this management company in the future.

Room was great! Mattress in 2nd Master has seen it’s better days so I’m hoping it’s changed before next year. Don’t let the 1st floor room fool you. The view is terrific and you’re right on the beach! First floor is actually above parking underneath so you are actually elevated still. No wait times for elevator. Door lock on 2nd master didn’t work either so that’s one more thing that really needs fixed. The room overall was hard to beat. This is the second stay in this room and first stay in 2nd master. Hopefully the minor details will be corrected. The kitchen fully stocked. Check in time was 4pm and the cleaning crew walked out right at 4pm so don’t expect to be able to get in too early. Overall we love the marisol and it’s location to everything.
