the property was very comfortable and clean. the location fantastic at only 11km from San Gimignano. the washing machine and the dishwasher were working very good and the kitchen was fully équipes which made our stay very good. we parked the car inside the area and it was very safe all the time . Eleonora welcomed us at the beginning and was very responsive all the time . she was very helpful. the wifi was very good . there is a pool which we used and it was wonderful.

There was not breakfast included in the deal.

The cleaning of the house. There were dust and spider nets (not a properly cleaned place). The lack of amenities, i.e. no soap for the hands (we had to ask to provide one) or for cleaning the dishes. Only 1 tabled for the dish washer.

A great place - peace, quiet, an ideal base for excursions to the attractions of Tuscany. The apartment is well furnished, equipped with what is needed. The area is well kept, lots of greenery, two swimming pools are beautiful and clean. Patkings for cars away from buildings. I would highly recommend.

Nice swimming pool, peaceful and safe place, beautiful garden, the apartament was quite well equipped.

The cleaning service should improve, spider webs and dust everywhere, toilette was impossible to clean because there was not toilet brush. Small shower cabin. The surrounding infrastructure was partially abandoned (no restaurant, dirty and destroyed children playground).
