Loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms have a classic style with red carpets and traditional wallpaper. The furniture has seen better days, but it's still solid and perfectly functional.
The European-style bathroom was a decent size and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was much appreciated and provided good airflow. The bed was comfortable, and complimentary coffee and tea were provided.
The location is nearly ideal. However, the one or two streets leading to the hotel had quite a few people struggling with drug addiction, which made the area feel less secure. I was also disappointed that the nearby restaurants offered very little traditional German cuisine. Instead, there were many Middle Eastern restaurants, making it difficult to find local German food.

Clean, convenient to public transportation and Hbf. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Delicious breakfast in a lively dining room - very nice fitness center. Would definitely recommend

Large clean room with a large en-suite. Friendly staff. Bar staff are great. Bar open from 5pm - 1am but snacks and drinks are available 24/7 opposite reception. Located about a 15 minute walk from city centre. Trains run frequently.

I only had one night in St Raphael but would happily stay there again.
Staff were helpful and made it easy for me in a situation not of my making.
The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent.
Location is 5 minutes from the main railway station.
