We were greeted politely- the lobby is open and inviting. The room was clean and decorated nicely. Would very much return.

Hotel was overall good. Room had a slight cigarette smell and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The rest of the room was great.

Check in had a long line but they had 3 people checking guests in so it went very fast. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Staying in town for a concert. Vibe of whole place was fun. Hotel was great, breakfast was amazing & super cute atmosphere/restaurant. Bar area was cool 70s vibe but new , service was great everywhere. Parking was easy. Only downside is no pool/hottub.

Thus was an amazing hotel in a great location downtown! The front desk was also courteous with any interaction I had with them. My daughter and I also loved the decor within the hotel. The only downside I had was the toilets were so low it seemed like they were for kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean decorated with a modern decor. I asked for a city view and I got a city of you. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet given the lobby was full when I checked in. The only thing that I didn't expect was to pay for parking it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. All in all this day was great and rooms were comfortable will definitely be coming back

The staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. The bar was our favorite, super comfy with good music and great drinks. We'll definitely be coming back.

The front desk staff were very helpful. We had some issues with parking and noisy neighbors, and they were expedient in their help. We were pointed toward a really nice happy hour at the Star Bar attached to the hotel. The food and drinks were really good--a nice place to hang out. Loved the decor and location--we had a very nice weekend in Minneapolis and the Hotel Indigo was an excellent home base for our getaway.

The stay was great! The hotel need softer pillows

It was a nice room, but I was convinced to pay an extra $10 for a room that was considered an upgrade. This “upgrade” was nothing special at all. It was said to be a city view, and I sure got a nice view of the buildings directly surrounding to hotel. Then I was told that parking is not included in the stay. I paid an extra $30 to park in the ramp connected to the hotel overnight. I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel had I known that I would have to pay for overnight parking in a ramp.

Love the bed and the bedding! Comfortable room and beautiful tile in bathroom.

Very polite and welcoming staff. Room was clean and cute with some unique features.

Mid-century modern design was very unique and fun. Had to ask for a different room because the first one smelled like dog urine, but the 2nd room was fine. Parking ramp has very low clearance and tight corners: don't bring a pickup or large SUV.

Great location in downtown Minneapolis. We spent one night, had supper at nearby Hell's Kitchen, went to a musical at the Orpheum theater, and had a great breakfast in the morning at the hotel restaurant - Star Bar & Bistro. Close to so many things and the service was great.

The hotel and rooms were clean. But the room smelled like cat urine and the heat blew out so hot and we couldn't get the room cooled down.
Also, the parking ramp only has a 6.5 clearance. If you drive a large SUV or truck you may not fit. And there is no other parking close by.

Beautiful, new and located in the center of the city. The decor is tasteful and modern, the rooms are well laid out and the bathrooms are spectacular.

The room was very hot. The thermostat did not work. It was set at 68 but never went below 75.

The facility and room were very nice, clean and quiet. However, the room was very warm and the temperature would not go below 76 degrees.

The hotel was exceptional in every way, except one. First of all, the bed and pillows were especially comfortable, the best we've experienced, and we've been to a lot of hotels. The bathroom, including toiletries provided, were top notch. For once, I enjoyed the hotel shampoo/conditioner/body wash/and pump hand soap. The coffee maker was nice, modern, and had great variety. The mini fridge actually worked to keep beverages cold. The Star Bar has AMAZING food and drinks and is located off of the hotel lobby - don't miss their French onion soup - it's truly the best we've experienced. The staff was just amazing - from houskeeping to the front desk. Parking is adjacent and in/out access is allowed, but is a bit spendy at 35 dollars a day - which we found to be worth it because the parking garage was in excellent condition with direct hotel elevator access from the garage. The only minus is that there is no green spaces close by for dogs. My parents stayed in the room next to us on the 17th floor with their golden retriever, who is under the age of 1, and they had to get him down to the ground floor and outside without any accidents only to find that there is no grass in a several block area. So, yes, they are pet friendly, but there is only concrete in this area of the city.

Just a quick overnight stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the awesome MCM decor. Not one detail was left out. Nicest check in staff. Only complaint (minor) was the pillows were a bit thick... but I'm guessing if I had called the front desk they would have swapped them out. And we could hear the room next door talking. But loved this place so much!

Hotel was very nice and the staff were absolutely amazing. Will definitely be staying here again.

There were people knocking on the doors at floor 16, no security was dispatched to take care of it.

Very clean and lobster omelette at the in house restaurant for breakfast was phenomenal!

We liked this hotel, especially the staff at the front desk. They were super friendly and welcoming. Overall had a decent experience, the room was comfortable, clean, and stylish. Black out curtains were great. We really loved the vibes here with the eclectic taste of design throughout every area. Couple things we wished we had was an exhaust fan in the bathroom - we were very surprised that it didn’t have one and noticed a lot of parts of the building had an older/lacking structure simply covered up by modern design. And would’ve been nice to have more amenities like a hot tub but seems like they were doing the best with the space they had providing a little market to purchase quick meals, and other helpful things.

The parking garage was a problem. The Hotel should charge you at check in and verify your parking. Getting out of the garage was a cluster and made me wish I would have spent $50 more to stay somewhere that didn’t have this issue. Credit card machine wouldn’t work, system needs to change.

They had construction going on at 6am after a Vikings Monday night game and was painfully loud. Shouldn't have booked the room right where they were by my window looking in..

We has a small issue with our room which they quickly addressed & solved. Even received complimentary drinks at the bar for our inconvenience.
