It was a wonderful stay! The breakfast was fantastic. The service was great, they were attentive and kind! I will likely stay there this weekends excellent stay and property and the price was nice as well!

Staff was great! Rooms have lots of room and is exactly what we wanted. Did not get a chance to go to Six Flags, it is the perfect place to stay if visiting, Just walking distance.

Very friendly and nice place the only thing was that I reserved a king size room, and I was giving a double room first room was already occupied. We walked in and people were in bed and stuff. Second room I was given was also a double wasn’t happy with the bed situation, but they were very friendly and very nice.

Visited the Hyatt in Arlington for the eclipse. Staff friendly. Room large with sitting area, clean, comfortable. Small, comfortable bar area with small but tasty bar menu. Excellent breakfast but not made to order. Very close to six flaggs!

There were 2 large events going on in Arlington at the same time and the staff at the Hyatt did an amazing job checking us in and getting us to our room. Milton was at the front desk and answered all of our questions.

Enjoyed all aspects of the stay. Room was fantastic but bed a little stiff. Couch sleeper was a little worn as well but those things happen with enough people using it. Over all we were happy

Good rooms, kept finding hairs everywhere and room seemed older but overall good. Breakfast was one of the best hotel ones I ever had! Very nice front desk and service staff.

Many broken items in room fridge didn’t work, shower doors handle was peeling and sharp overall not impressed

The property is 9 miles from DFW and 6 miles from Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium. You can see Six Flags from the room windows. The hotel was full and one of the two elevators was out of service the entire stay. It resulted in constant waiting by the guests and no apologies or help from the staff. Also, coffee is not available in the lobby and the advertised restaurant was not open. The lobby area around the front desk is their breakfast area. It is not big enough on a busy weekend. The breakfast was good but it was difficult to move around in the small area where the food was located. The lobby and breakfast area need to be remodeled to create a better functioning space.

The room was a wreck. Couch cushions in the floor, side tables in the middle of the floor. Refrigerator wide open, air filters laying out. Had it not been so late I would have requested a refund. It was horrible

My second time staying here. Love it staying here. Amazing staff, great breakfast, comfy beds. Welcome bag with water and treats was a sweet gesture. Thank you and looking forward to my next stay.

Could never get hotel to answer phone all day. We called over 10 times. Needed to let them know we would be a super late arrival. Asked front desk and they just kind of laughed. Like they purposefully keep it off the hook. Horrible front desk service. Didn’t tell us about breakfast or where elevators were. Nothing.

Great deal and last minute availability, the hotel was clean but aged. There definitely could be a little TLC. But overall it was worth the money and I'd stay there again!

Every single employee we encountered was happy, friendly and helpful. The elevators could use some work, but that’s not there fault. The rooms and hotel as a whole was kept clean and felt welcoming. I give them all 5 stars.

Ti, the gentleman who checked us in was outstanding. After driving for 10 hours we we exhausted and Ti went out of his way to help us. He also provided us with information we requested for our next nights stay at another Hyatt Place. He was also our bartender and took our order for dinner. Man with many hats and he wore them well.

We stayed 3 nights and had a nice room we chose this place because of the extra sitting area in the room it was perfect for spending the evenings in our comfy little living room. The Breakfast every morning was an extra treat! 😋 So convenient and affordable and so close to so many things to explore. Thanks for the great home away from home!

It was amazing and the breakfast was awsome! I will say the only problem is just the elevator and the shower handle have a little water rust thingy. But everything was awsome!
