Floors need to be scrubbed, not just swept. Mattesses have stains. I reserved a king bed and was given a double room. Street is one way and right on the highway. Walls are very very thin. Linens were clean, no bugs. Beds are soft but firm. The place doesnt smell bad. There are balcony rooms, and a pool.

The cable service wasn’t working.( staff switched my room) recent repairs in bathroom was poor- water leak. Overall I wasn’t unhappy with my stay.

I hate to say this but this was the worst place that I have ever stayed. It was dirty, unsafe (stayed in the basement level) and overall gross.

The room was clean but was in the dark and creepy lower level. It was by the pool that was closed. The hallway smelled of curry seasoning and food. The building lacked an elevator. The staff was non-existent and creepy.

The front desk staff were professional and extremely helpful while I stayed here to take care of my sick daughter.

Walking into the lobby, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The young woman working the front desk was extremely rude and seemed bothered that she needed to check us in. The older woman working the front desk when we checked out was much nicer.
Obviously updates have been made in the rooms (fresh paint, new floors) but the tub had a large crack in it that looked like a dead spider.
Would not stay here again. Definitely overpaid.

The room had not been cleaned properly. The sink had hair and dirt in it and the toilet had not been cleaned either. The morning of our second night no one came to clean. The front desk said to leave dirty towels and trash outside the door in the hallway where it layed for 24 hrs.

Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful. The room was dark, dirty, in really bad shape, no hairdryer, no sink stopper, half used body wash. Beds were comfortable. We were there during college parents’ weekend so they jacked up the price to $400/night! Very disappointing.

This property needs a thorough deep cleaning and renovation. The room feels dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, there are stains all over the ceiling and walls. The head boards are dirty and dusty, and the night stand and dresser is also dirty. Would not stay here again. Staff was friendly at check-in though.

Great and very clean hotel. Glad to see hard floors instead of carpeting. Great hot tub.

Shower curtain had black mold. Wifi did not work at all. No housekeeping at all in 7 days. Breakfast was cold and old - even the scrambled eggs were greenish. Not worth the price at all.

The railings on the stairway were very loose, plus the railings across the 2nd floor landing weren't very sturdy either. Breakfast selection wasn't up to our expectations compared to others....we stay at A LOT of hotels with travel softball. So comparisons come very easy.
The pool hours are 10-10 & yet the pool maintenance wasn't done during the closed hours??? Instead, the pool was closed for part of the posted open hours due to chemical maintenance?? (Poor planning on that one.)
