The location was fantastic and super family friendly!

This property was a members club. They were super nice and welcoming at first, but room service showed up while we were out skiing without request and stole one of our personal towels. Spoke with the front desk about it and they called back and said they did not take anything but our bedsheets. That definitely was not true. Unless somehow they managed to dye the towels a different color. Also, they recommended a taxi service that couldn’t accommodate ski luggage while they knew we had it. Was almost late for the shuttle out due to this recommendation.

Especially for the price I had to pay the room was small and in the need of an upgrade. Also to enter my room you had to use your key card for one door that led to a small entrance where you could access two different rooms so I had use my key card twice

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful. Property is in need of updating, but very comfortable.

We booked the Hilton Gran Vacations Whistler 2 hours before we arrived. When we checked in they could not find our reservation. They called Expedia but they were 'closed'. I finally called the 1800 number myself and got someone on the line to speak with the hotel. The check in process took about 40 mins. Not a smooth check in with 2 overtired babies after a long drive.

Good place to explore Whisler.

The room was large for a studio suite and clean. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.

People were great. Rooms need refreshing. Baths very worn and fixed with a tube or more of white silicon. Bathtub talked back if you moved while showering
Location was fantastic. Concierge was very knowledgeable.

We are regular travellers to whistler BC and decided to try this property out for our most recent trip. We were very happy that we did. The children really enjoyed the pool and waterslide , arcade area and the movie theatre. Whilst it is missing some amenities in the form of a restaurant it is right next door to the fairmont and adjacent properties and there is a very handy market on site. Cleanliness was good and staff were very friendly. We will most definitely repeat our stay in the future

Enjoyed the stay, receptionist were great but the concierge not so great, she sent us on a walk to get to know the town which was really odd especially when it was pouring with rain, so unnessesary as got splashed by traffic as well, very strange advice, also you will read free parking, this is not true.

Home away from home! Every detail is thought through, made our stay enjoyable, comfortable and very pleasant.
Clean, spacious rooms, beautiful and great beds for everyone and parking included too. Boys loved the pool, especially their water slide, so fun!
And stuff is amazing-lovely front desk people and great service, asked for an extra soap and it was delivered within five minutes.
Location is perfect too- very close to the village but away from all the crowds and noise and close to everything.
We will be choosing Hilton on our next vacay!

Young adults kept us up partying outside our window at 2am . Limited communication with staff ,and hard to get a hold of anyone at the resort to answer questions.

Rooms are clean and spacious with amazing AC during this heat wave in BC.

We had a great time! Our place was very large with lots of space and storage and even laundry! Pretty clean overall and well appointed. We are going to book for next year. The location was fabulous! We all loved the pool and water slide. We will bring our bikes next time as there’s bike storage and trails right outside the door!

Staff was amazing, great place to go, our grandkids loved it, something for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped, great emenities

I like the Rustic decor of the Lobby. The ceilings of the rooms are very low but otherwise it is Rustic Cabin style decor. Just fits Whistler style.
We have a good time!

Loved having a full kitchen, walkable to many places. A fun Sunday market to go to right by the hotel. Pool was fun with shaded areas and waterside fit the kids. The Peak to Peak is a must do! Loved that you could communicate by text with hotel if I had any questions or needs.

Compared to the Fairmont next door, this was good value. 3* rather than 4, but half the price when we stayed. Nice to have a bathtub! But the roller blind did not screen out enough daylight, and the toilet paper is the really thin poorly absorbent kind.

It was great for location, very convenient, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend this location.

Overall property was ok, old decor and needs a Reno to support fees. Resort fees were high for services provided. Requested a late check out, denied. Won’t stay here again, could of stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same price.

Very outdated hotel. Poor layout of garage/parking making it difficult to park

We had a beautiful one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. Wonderful hotel amenities including one adult pool and one pool for families with a small waterslide. Other activities incld a games room and movie theatre. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. And fantastic location, quiet but easily walkable to all of Whistlers’ attractions. Highly recommend Embarc when in whistler!

One of the best family hotels in the Whistler area. Lots to do with kids in and around hotel. Very clean!

Extremely disappointed for what we paid. The room was small and furnished with very odd mismatched cheap pieces especially the table, the TV stand (if you could call it that) and the cabinet that housed the crockery. The lighting was poor, you couldn't fit the kettle under the tap to make tea. The ironing board was a joke. Seriously not value for money and to top it off they charged an additional "resort fee"on checkout. Glad we only booked one night as we are now in a stunning studio in the village for half the price

One of the Front desk employees was not kind. However, the room was amazing and spacious.
