Door was off center making it difficult to open and close. Not even sure the door was lined up right to lock properly. Old towels from who knows when hanging on top of shower.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Bathroom has dust on the lower shelf and there was water running between the floor tiles. Still, excellent service, great breakfast, and comfortable room.

The customer service at the front desk was polite and professional. The bed was not comfy and the pillows sucked. The people down the hall from our room was in the hall way and was very loud, not the hotels issue but people should be respectful to others in hotel rooms. I heard a can open and it sounded like they were right outside the door.

Check in was a disaster. The gentleman at the front desk could barely understand or speak English. We arrived early on business around 830 am. Check in didn’t occur until after 2 pm. Upon checking out 3 days later a charge of $18 was issued. Nothing was purchased and corporate has been notified of this and still not resolved.

Couldn’t check in for near 30 minutes even though I had booked ahead AND paid already online. Front desk worker (not in any type of uniform or professionally dressed) said the card reader was working. When we began to talk about canceling and going elsewhere he had us try and it worked flawlessly. How convenient. Room was ok overall but our door lock wouldn’t catch on its own so the door could be pushed open unless you ensured you pressed on it near the knob for it to catch. Bed really wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were small and a mix of fluffy and firm but both very flat.

My room was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and professional. I arrived at the breakfast area 5 minutes before the 9am closing time, yet the staff did not hurry to remove the food items and even checked if we've taken everything we wanted before they did so.

The guy who checked us in had no clue what he was doing he charged my card for the room twice after i told him Several times i paid for the room already though Hotels.com then the 3rd time he charged me the Accidental charge for the room for 2 rooms.so now i have 3 charges on my card from this hotel

It was a very quiet area and clean. We have stayed before would like to arrive earlier so we could take advantage of the Red Lobster. I do have to mention that when we stayed last year my laptop was left in the room, it disappeared totally when we tried to have it couriered to me at home, never showed up it was stolen which I don't like to mention but it sure wasn't nice to have that happen, I had to purchase another one and luckliy the Geek Squad was able to recover everything for me on my new one.

I booked my stay through hotels.com but somehow the hotel insisted they had to charge me and now I have TWO charges for the same night. After speaking with hotels.com for 40 minutes, they informed me that they will refund me in 7-10 business days. I don’t know if this is hotels.com issue or the hotel itself, but I would NOT book this place through hotels.com/Expedia unless you want to potentially deal with the same headache.

Spent a couple nights there while visiting family. Nice hotel, well kept, easy freeway access, friendly staff. Only complaint would be the $25 / hr “late checkout” fee. Have never run into one of those before.

Good location. Within walking distance to restaurants. Front desk attendant was wonderful. She was very friendly and customer focused. She even came to our room to help us with the TV.

We arrived at 10pm after a rough day - there was a gentleman in front of us who also looked worn out. He had been waiting for a while for someone to come to the counter and, as there was no bell or buzzer, he kept trying to call. The attendant finally showed and got us both taken care of without too much difficulty. The room looked nice but there were some issues: The blackout curtain had a rip which prevented it from fully closing. The closet door was being held at one point with tape. And the shower door would not latch closed so water spilled out over the floor. The bathroom also did not have an exhaust fan which is a big pet peeve of mine! The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable and the breakfast was fine. So overall a good experience, just needs some upgrades.
