Located in Jerusalem Township, this lovely cottage for $415 per night is a great option for your next trip. Perfect for a get-a-way, or stay-cay. Large cottage in Woodchuck Marina off Lake Erie. Enjoy the hot tub, large patio, fire pit, grill, Childrens sandbox/playhouse, boat dock available, and kayaks. This isn’t directly on Lake Erie it’s in a marina which leads out on Woodchuck Creek, park with beach on Lake Erie is provided with short walk. This is a working marina, and certain considerations should be made (I.e. do you like boats?). Coffee/goods shop and cottage are ajoined. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Fenced in, Fire pit, huge deck, hot tub, kids play area/sand box, dining table, casual sitting area (covered), lounge chairs, gas grill/heaters (propane tank refills not included). INDOOR AMENITIES: Fully equipped kitchen, keurig/drip coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, cooking basics. Living room has huge wrap around sofa with smart tv, games. Dining area has 6 person table with additional 3 at peninsula. Main Bathroom has large stand up shower, soaking tub and 2 sinks. Towels provided, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer. Laundry has washer/dryer, ironing board and hanging rack.

We visited Monroe for the holiday’s, and Emily was an amazing hostess! Her home was cozy and cute, along with the delicious and very convenient coffee and bakery attached. We can’t wait to visit again, this house will be on our list!

Emily was very kind. She provided several ideas for local attractions and the rental property was fantastic. Our family gets together a couple of time a year and this rental was one of the best we’ve stay at. Highly recommend it for any one looking for a spacious rental with all the accommodations needed for a great Vacay!

The property was lovely. I did not realize how industrial the area was (haven't been to that part of the state in a while), so not a Pure Michigan type of feel, but the property itself was wonderful. I did not realize there was a store literally connected which was under construction and that should most definitely have been in the listing or communicated. I left the day the painters were there because it was too distracting, but it was only one day. Only other minor nits - the sponge in the kitchen was old and smelled the entire kitchen up upon arrival, but once discarded, it was fine. Everything was clean, just that was missed. Also, we enjoyed the hot tub, but there was a layer of dirt on the seats and bottom so it was not vacuumed out in a while. Great stay overall.

We had an amazing time here! The property is even better than the photos, and Emily was so kind and responsive to our questions. Comfortable, lots of amenities, and tons of outdoor space. None of us wanted to leave!

This location is absolutely perfect for a family gather or a large group to stay. There was more then enough room for everyone in my party to have their own space. The common area is a great layout for everyone to talk, play board games, or just have a meal together. Emily, the host, is very responsive and made sure we were all set to go.

My family and I were in town to celebrate my grandmother's birthday. This house was the perfect place to stay. There was plenty of space and in a great location. If we had more time, we would have taken the kayaks out on the water. But we were able to try out some of the local restaurants like the Sandbar. Emily was always extremely responsive and helpful whenever we needed something or had a question. I just wish we had known that the store is attached to the house and is under construction. Also, there were lots of mayflies. But overall, a great place to stay!

Emily is a great hostess! She’s put together a beautiful cottage, with all the modern amenities, really comfy beds & a relaxing atmosphere. Had the weather cooperated (smoke from Canadian fires & strong thunderstorms) this would’ve been the best vacation we’ve had in a long time! We’ll definitely be back!

My siblings and I stayed here while visiting the area for our grandfather's memorial. It was convenient, spacious, clean and modern. We are a loud group and were out most of the day so the construction on the exterior didn't bother us but for a quiet goup with very young children it may be noisy. 5 year olds had a blast in the yard and others could easily take a quick spin in the kayaks for some fishing. We had a great stay!

This place was AMAZING! Me and 7 of my closest friends got together for a girl's weekend get together. We had friends flying in from DTW, so it was very accommodating for them to fly in. The rooms were great, the back patio was perfection for sunny weather! The kitchen is fully stocked, and our host Emily, was amazing. She even made us a welcome basket full of some goodies to enjoy! Emily was also so easy to contact through text or phone calls. While we were there, we were able to use the 7 kayaks available, went golfing, went to Luna Pier and went shopping. We also went to the Sand Bar where they had a live band, and we went dancing! We attempted to have a cocktail at the Monroe Boat Club (5 min drive up the road) but, you had to be a member (FYI! We found out the hard way lol). We will be back if we have another excursion on the East Coast of Michigan. Thank you Emily for a great stay!

Weekend getaway to walleye fish. Landscaping and improvements outside are still underway but looking wonderful… the inside of the home is absolutely perfect. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

You guys this place phenomenal! Amazing get away! I can’t explain how this place is relaxing and such a great get away. We came in for valentines and used the hot tub and cooked, the place is so refreshing and right on the water. The hosts are top tier hosts and this place will not disappoint! Book now!
