The hotel was so dirty and moldy. The smell was atrocious and overwhelming! Very disappointed!

The room was very old and very worn. The floors were sticky and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The pillows had hairs from previous guests on them.

This is the first time satying here, ( was having major surgery on my amputated leg), nice set up, wasn't clean, the floors needed to be vacuumed, counters needed to be wiped down, the bathroom sink stopper was full of mold, both bedspreads had crumbs on them, the people up stairs were so noisy as well, i was very disappointed in my stay, wish i could get my money back.

Shower leaked and was ziptied to the shower head. Fridge leaked. Bed was hard says covered in pee resistant plastic. Blankets were thin/too small for the bed. Pillows were flat. Furniture generator run down. One of the drive burners did not work. Side door had key reader but did not actually lock. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice.

Unit was filthy at checkin. Asked to be cleaned and told housekeeping gone. Requested cleaning next day but was never done. Refrigerator not in working condition nor was the stove which resulted in wasting $200 in groceries. No manager on duty entire stay.

Its good as a 65 dollar motel. The rooms have several physical issues but its safe the water works. My room had one light fixture that majorly flickered. Multiple damage spots in the room barely repaired. The kitchen in my room looked rough but I only came to Columbus for Twin Peaks so it did not impact me but the fridge looked beat up in 128

The room was freezing with no extra blankets. There were no USB ports or extra plugs available to charge cellphone. The mattresses felt like you were laying on a concrete slab!!! The desk clerk informed us that the availability of breakfast items were slim because the hotel was waiting on a shipment to stock those items.

Well i was booked for the Best Western and i booked the wrong date. So i had to find something Quick. Outside was nice Staff was friendly. Got to my room and it hadnt been cleaned yet so the nice lady put me in another room. Room was ok. Refrigerator could be updated. Bed was hard. The air was cold the way i liked it.

Amy at the front desk is absolutely the best. I stay at this hotel often as my office is down the street. She always remembers me, makes me feel so welcome, and does a great job. She is the main reason I keep coming back!

Rooms are outdated at best. The refrigerator in our room was rusted. AC unit was so loud that we couldn’t even use it when sleeping. The drawers and carpet were filthy. Stairwells reeked of urine. Short staffing seems to be the main issue with the cleanliness of the room. The staff we did interact with was super helpful, polite and very clearly stretched thin. Just save yourself the headache, go next door to La Quinta and pay the difference.

Not a bad stay at all pet friendly, quite and the room was clean. The only issue I noticed was the stairways inside seemed to be urinated on often which wasn’t pleasant to walk through.

The bathroom was extremely outdated. Tub could drain the water from the shower. Sink did not drain well. The commode seat was loose. The grounds around the property was not clean. You are welcomed by broken floor tiles at the entrance.

The hallways smelled of urine. The bathroom was dirty. Toilet got clogged multiple times. Room smelled of mildew. The refrigerator was disgusting. There was no utensils to eat or cook with. Front desk had no customer service and indicated they were sold out

This is an older hotel and it showed. The carpets were badly needing a shampoo and steam clean. The windows were not locking due to a possible break in from the outside. looks like maintenance screwed some sort of devise into them just to keep them closed but there was still air leaks. The noise level was horrible inside and outside the hotel. We were told at check in that no animals were allowed but we heard dogs barking in the hotel at all hours. The vent in the bathroom had an inch thick of dust and dirt on it. The shower head was spraying water all over the bathroom so my husband used a plastic bag as a make shift teflon tape to seal it. (we told the front desk and she did not seem to care). We had to check out a coffee maker at the front desk and they do not provide any coffee or filters so we had to run the store for those last minute. The beds were comfortable and the A/C ran super cold which in the GA heat was nice. the breakfast they had was minimal and never seemed to be anything but oatmeal when we went up to get anything.

There was a blood smear on my bathroom floor as well as the bathroom door. There was a cigarette butt under my AC unit as well as floors that were terribly dirty. The dishes I checked out from the front desk had food stuck to most of the items. The property is also pretty noisy with dogs barking and people entering and exiting their rooms multiple times through the night. However, The fridge was in good condition and the tub wasn’t too bad. There were also no bed bugs, which is a plus. Bedding and towels looked clean as well. Although there were some pluses, I wouldn’t return to this location.

I didnt get her name but there was a white lady,I seen most of my staff, very friendly and very helpful. I thought I had lost my keys in the trash, she was very helpful. If I,needed clean towels no hesitation I had cut my finger she offered me a bandaid but Itold her I was a nurse. Thank you for a restful stay, the only thing that was unnerving was the firealarm testing.

I have stayed here several times back in 2019-2021. I understand it was new or under construction, but the rooms were always clean. My bathroom at home is under construction and has been for months. I was looking forward to a long hot bath. After 1 look at the tub I knew I was not taking a bath. I wore shower shoes just to take a shower. Another disappointment my blankets and sheets had a dusty moldy smell, very disappointing. And all night long I could hear the door in the hall way slam. The best thing I can say about this place is that Kayce at the front desk was very helpful, she’s the only positive out the stay. Thank you Kayce.

I like that it is per friendly and room size. My room was not very clean. When I picked up my dishes and coffee maker the coffee maker did not work. Most places serve the continental breakfast till at least 10am, and at least leave coffee for customers, Please. I got caught on two business calls and could not get down there. I knew the breakfast would be gone but was hoping for some Coffee but it was all cleaned out and turned off. Just some feedback for business clients traveling through. Thanks

Paint was pealing on a few walls. We had some visitors in the 12 hours we was there from momma roach and 2 of her babies. Beds was okay.

Checked into this property and went to visit family. Came back to the hotel to lay down and just as I was getting comfortable I saw roaches crawling in the kitchen area. What makes it worse is that Expedia is leaving it up to the property to approve a refund. It’s really disappointing that I used Expedia, a third party to book and apparently they think it’s ok to sleep in a hotel with roaches.
