Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!

Shower was a dribble, air con was sooo noisy I had to switch it off to sleep… was like having a truck in the room. Smelly bag of delivered food handing around the lift lobby. Breakfasts was average at best (was included tho) not used to having disposable cutlery and plates to eat it off… not to mention the waste. Coffee was like warm at best. For the nightly cost… not a great experience Bed was ok tho.

Nice 1 night stay, in a great area. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Good free breakfast and free airport shuttle. Pillows are too soft, they have no support.

Good room, typical breakfast fare, but room faced busy 95 freeway, so it was quite noisy. Suggest getting a room on side opposite the freeway.

Hotel stay was just what we needed. However, if you are traveling on a Friday before a cruise and need the shuttle to pick you up at the airport, be prepared to wait. Joe from the transportation department will say he’ll be there in 10 minutes. This was not the case of our stay. My family had to wait more than an hour and our party was divided between multiple shuttles due to limiting seating. The hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the staff were nice.

The front desk staff was great! The room wasn’t that cleanest found tons of hair in the bathroom. You could hear so much noise from the fwy all night racing. So crazy.

We just stayed there, waiting to go on our cruise. There wasn’t no place to eat, which I was disappointed in that we had to go and walk and find a place to eat. Not very ice machines either.

Mold on the pull out bed. My mom fell and the only support was here is the closet ER, but we can’t help you. Called and told us the room was ready, walked the kids over to find out they called the wrong person. Ask for more pillows, came two hours later after we had gone to bed. Not very friendly and helpful when it comes to injuries

First, the check in area resembles a slight upgrade to a motel 6. 2nd they had trouble finding the reservation. Then the room they gave us was already occupied. Yep, opened the door and saw open suit cases on couches. They were mildly apologetic….very mild. Then wifi would not work….clerk came to room and could not figure out issue, Breakfast was poor. Will not stay here again…Hyatt has some work to do to restore the name in this city. Oh forgot to mention the toilet bowl water is like yellow brown and shower grout is dirty.

My family and I only stayed there 1 night before our planned cruise. The location of the hotel was great but the location of our room was not. We were on the side of the highway, so there was highway noise; out of 10, we were able to hear btw a 4-5 level of noise. If you're able to, make sure to drive around the area as there are a lot of food options with better prices than what the hotel suggests. The room size was very small for a family of 4; if we stayed longer than a night, we would have been uncomfortable.

Love the location. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Spacious room with microwave and refrigerator. Only bad is it’s right near the highway and lots of traffic and siren noise. I’ll get a room on the other side next time.

Perfect hotel for one night before our Disney cruise. The shuttle picked us up from the airport. We called as soon as we got off the flight and they told us where to meet. Check in was fine. Wonderful location with a TJ max, five below, Starbucks, hobby lobby, shoe carnival, GNC, a grocery store, and more I can’t remember. All were in walking distance. Shuttle took us to cruise port for 15.99 pp and then they are also picking us up after our cruise and taking us back to the hotel where they will hold our stuff for the afternoon. Then, they will take us to the airport using their free shuttle.

Basic but well-kept facility. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it is one of the few hotels which are associated with Ways Shuttle to get to/from the cruise port and airport, both of which are close by. Breakfast had good, hot food as well as other choices. The nearby Dania Beach Point has several shops and restaurants all within close walking distance to the hotel.

It was good other than I called front desk for a xtra sheet that they never brought to my room an the cheap motel 6 cards they use for entry are always malfunctioning an u have to go to the front to get them reprogrammed

1. Shuttle picked us up from the airport 2. Front desk staff met us with a smile and gave us keys to our room although it was 11am, and we hadn’t formally requested early check-in. 3. Huge room, clean bathroom, no spots or dust. 4. Starbucks station at the front desk and several decent eateries (plus nice stores) within a short walk from the hotel. 5. Lots of other hotels nearby, so, I’d say, it’s a safe area; strolled up to Dania Pointe and noticed patrol cars stationed at almost every corner…🤔 6. Digital sign up option at the front desk for shuttle to the cruise port ($16.99/person one way) Excellent!😊

Their cards to get in the room are cheap an always malfunction an u have to constantly go back to the front to get them reprogrammed so u can get in the room It’s hassled I saw several other people there had the same issue

The Good - Location, Staff and Shuttle. The Bad - We lost water for one night. Power another night. Hot water during the day. This was all made-up later on, but it would have been nice to not have hiccups on a family vacay.

This place was great. We had a redeye into FLL. We called to get the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The driver was prompt and friendly, even at 5:30AM. Upon arriving, we did not have reservations until that night but the kind and friendly front desk gal (wish I had caught her name!) looked to see if a room was available even though they were full. Luckily, they had one. We paid a little extra for early check in but had a lovely breakfast (included) before going to our room to sleep. The area is very nice and within short walking distance to numerous stores, restaurants and a movie theater. When I talked to someone at the front desk about how the rest of our party would not make it in time to need the other room we reserved due to weather-related flight delays, they were very kind and tried to help in any way. When I asked to charge a soda to my room as I left, they said no charge for all the trouble we are going through. The only complaint I have was when I asked for a couple extra towels the next morning at breakfast. The person at the front desk said it would be 30 min before housekeeping would deliver them. Plan ahead if you need extras. They charge $15 per person for their cruise ship transport. It was cheaper and quicker for us to get Uber/Lyft. But I would definitely stay again.

Hotel had a water issue. Water was shut off. They took too long to yells us. Had to check into a different hotel. Staff was not friendly or helpful when trying to find last min accommodations. Their shuttle could not take us to another Hyatt property.
