An excellent contemporary hotel with easy access into central Milan. The service was excellent and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast even for vegetarians like us was extensive and thoroughly enjoyable despite the absence of any sushi dishes as trailled on the website. If I'm being pedantic and really looking to provide feedback on potential improvements, the hotel could incorporate practicality (eg hanging hooks, wardrobes) into their fabulous room designs. Thanks everyone at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and well-supported.

Nice hotel , good service , location a bit outside centrum, but close to Metro, in taxi/uber euro 30, decent breakfast, but very friendly staff

Overall it was a pleasant stay! Loved the Zen style of the hotel. Rooms are great size, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a Plus! Parking free of charge in the vinicity was also a Plus! Reception Staff... hump... was ok but not a plus. Would definetly recomend this hotel despite the reception staff! Only downside was the aircon in one of the rooms that took a long while to cool down and check out at 11am which is earlier than most hotels. When I asked to extend check out time they were not very accomodating and refused and when I mentioned that most hotels check out time are by 12 they were like 12 is the limit, by 12noon they switched the eletricity of the room off which was not cool at all since not all rooms were ocupied and I believe to guarantee my request to 1pm check out was not big deal since many rooms were not occupied as I already mentioned and I had a 10pm international flight. At least They allowed me to keep my luggage until airline pick service picked me up earlier that evening. If their reception staff were well trained about customer satisfaction they would get a 10 rating despite the aircon issue.

Very nice and stylish hotel, 3 min walking from the Udine station. Breakfast was ok (I wish the staff was a bit friendlier at the breakfast). We had a minor issue with the heating in the room - I woke up because it was boiling inside the room and the temperature was just increasing every 10 minutes and would definitely reach 30 degrees (we had no control over it whatsoever), but called the reception at night and the issue was fixed in a minute

Near from Udine subway station and with a very good restaurant.

Fancy design and super friendly and supportive staff! Only the elivator is complicated due to the fact that you have to use one to get to the first floor and another to the other floor

The place is obviously made to be different. But here different is cool. A bar open longer than normal to have a few beer is rally close by and a place with Italian Street Food after midnight just 4 minutes to walk. Linate Airport is also pretty close. Got there by coincidence but if in the region will go back for sure

Very close to metro station, very easy and quick checkin. the relax room is very nice and clean with a big bathtube. The bath foam product smells just amazing :-) I like the electric curtains which gives total black out at noght and a great deal of light when open!

Excellent hotel, cleanliness, breakfast , location, comfort

This Hotel is in a quiet part of the city but retains easy access to all parts as the Metro station is 5 mins walk from reception. We were a group of 6 staying, we dined in the restaurant with all having a different choice from the menu. Every meal was deemed to be very good indeed so top marks to the chef. All staff were very efficient and friendly, nothing was too much bother for them. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was very good except a problem in the shower which have a very slippery floor. My wife fell down and hurt her arm.

This is a great base to explore Milan.We slept so well in the comfy bed ,the room was modern,well appointed and the breakfast was exceptional.Very close to the airport(Milan linate)and metro into town.I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great modern hotel very close to metro and away from noise and crowd.

Firstly I would like to start by saying the hotel staff were absolutely helpful and friendly. Before arriving I emailed a day ahead to ask if I could check in earlier due to the late check in of 2pm. They emailed me straight away saying that if a room was available at my time of arrival it would be no problem and if a room was not available they would be happy to hold my luggage until a room was available. The room was extremely clean and was provided with enough toiletries for both myself and my guest. I ended up staying an extra night, which was planned last minute, unfortunately I had to move to the next room door which they made very easy for us. I must say the lay out of both room were different but both nice. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay. A great varity and great staff. Location wise, I took taxi's everywhere. As it was a little far however for the price of the hotel it was worth it. Taxis varied between €12 and €20 depending on where you are going.

We had paid for a double room but were given a single room. We were only notified of this upon arrival.

200 metre walk to the metro. clean and modern hotel. Not near to city - but only 15 min to city. So it makes it cheaper. Recommended.

I was a solo woman traveler concerned about safety, comfort and convenience. The NU Hotel is outside of the center, but very well-located a few minutes walk from the Metro and easy to get anywhere you need to go in Milan. The Hotel is well-staffed with an international team, all multi-lingual and eager to chat and be helpful. The room and common areas are spotless and the only criticism was a slight amount of street noise at night.I especially appreciated the full breakfast buffet included in the room price and the charming evening happy hour for 8Euros for a drink of any sort and a delicious and varied small buffet of sushi and snacks. The top floor dining room and terrace are delightful.There are little touches you expect to find in only a much more expensive venue, such as evening turn-down service, complete with candy left by the bedside. For anyone not needing a full-service hotel, this is a real gem.

Hotel is very nice and new! Very close to the airport and close to the metro (getting to Milan centrale). Room is standard European size and very clean with lovely decors. My only issues are the air condition/heat which we didn't know how to operate at first (it should come with a remote or something), and the NOISE from outside which is extremely loud. Its a good hotel but I would suggest requesting a room not close to the street because of the vehicle noise and stuff.

Very beautifully designed and modern. Its only 2 blocks away from metro Udine station which takes you to the Duomo or Milan Central Station within 15 minutes. All in all very satisfied.

A trendy hotel with easy metro access into Milan. Wonderful room design. I especially liked the bed design with a single support in the middle so that bags were easily stored underneath and out of tripping range! We travel with two large bags and some rooms just don't accommodate. Breakfast was exceptional with friendly staff. Usual fare with a few extra touches (like pancakes). Very helpful staff and easy controlled parking behind the hotel. We had a last flight cancellation and reception staff were of great assistance in contacting airline to sort out.
