Just around the corner are restaurants, shops and historic sites. The living/dining/kitchen area was light filled, spacious, and well equipped. Be aware that there are no windows in the bunk room or main bedroom, but the beds and linens are very comfortable. I recommend that they supply more hangars and some drawers for clothes or bench for open suitcases. Also a safety bar in the tall bathtub. Access to the building and loft was by codes and I had trouble getting them on my phone so Angel, a Loft representative, met us at the building--she was very helpful and pleasant. The elevator worked well and we felt safe in the area and the apartment. We parked on the street briefly and unloaded the suitcases and then parked in a public parking garage several blocks away--an easy walk that took us close to our favorite coffee shop. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean. Included everything one needs for cooking. Great location. Restaurants, points of interest, shopping, all nearby. Felt very safe.

We stayed in a suite for family and it was great. It's clean and comfortable. Four beds are enough for 6 people and the living room is spacious. Though we went there on April, which is not a busy season, the price is still pretty good.

This was an amazing place to stay as a couple with a young child. It was wonderful to have two separate bedrooms (real rooms - with doors), blackout shades for naptime, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect - a long uphill climb from the train station, but with great views and easily walkable wherever you want to go. Some other reviews mentioned noise and I did hear it - both from the street and people on the floor above. My son kept asking why there were booms above us. We had a noise machine for our son and I also ran white noise on my phone at night for us too. I thought the shower's hot water wasn't adequate before finding the child safety button on the controls that let it actually get as hot as I like. We wish we had stayed longer!

Check in was difficult but the rest of the experience was amazing. Could use a rug in the loft to help keep the chill of winter away.

Spectacular location, very clean pleasant suite, perfect for our party (2 couples), long term parking very close by, ease of access and multiple restaurants and shops all around.. will definitely recommend to friends. Suggested they supply coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap but other than those, an excellent stay.

In a good area and the apartment is impressive until you look closely or stay there. Horribly sound proofed against street noise. You can hear every car go by and muffled outdoor conversations. The TV must be from year 2001; can barely load Netflix and has no way for iPhones or Google phones to connect. What really runs salt in the wound is that they advertise a coffee machine/full kitchen but there's no coffee in the loft. Even a cheap less than 100$/night hotel provides complimentary coffee. For a relatively high nightly cost, these problems shouldn't be included. Won't stay there again.

This was a wonderful large studio apartment. right in Old Quebec City across from the Chateau Frontenac. It was well appointed and I am sure much more comfortable than the Chateau. We greatly enjoyed our stay. We had a little trouble finding it since it wasn't on a street one can drive on.
