We were driving through NM and needed a place to crash with 2 kids, 3 adults, and our dog. This was the perfect home after a 10 hour drive. Upon arrival, the jacuzzi was heated and we hopped right in. The sheets were extremely soft and we all slept great. We have no complaints about this property. I’d definitely stay here again.

Dirty floors, kitchen sink, and bathrooms. We swept and mopped the floors, and vacuumed the carpet. A lot of pet stains on the carpets. We also cleaned the bathrooms prior to using. We unclogged the showers as they were clogged with hair. Could not sit outside as the front and back yards were not cleaned or maintained. Bugs were coming in the from the back door. Poorly kept property. Not a recommended place to stay; however, we left it clean for the next people renting. Costly stay as we had to purchase cleaning items to make this work for us.

For our first trip to NM my husband, myself, and friends of ours stayed in this home. Definitely recommend. Place was clean and very accommodating for our needs. All 3 bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Hot tub was nice and in working order. Location of the house was perfect as it’s literally within 15 minutes of practically all your needs. Only suggestion I would have for the owner is to provide extra kitchen trash bags. We were only there for 3 days but did fill up the kitchen trash and weren’t able to replace it with a new bag. The hot tub also ran out of chlorine tabs. Neither situation would make me not stay there and they certainly could have just ran out. But other than that, no suggestions! Had a great time and would be happy to stay there again.

We loved our stay and only wish we could have had more time to enjoy the space. Everything was very clear and straightforward. We did use the hide a bed and would have liked for there to be more linens specifically for that bed but we were able to gather enough from the other rooms. It was so nice to have coffee in the morning. Just remember to bring your own cream and sugar if that’s how you take it :)

The house was clean, safe and very convenient! Loves the fenced in yard for our dog and the hot tub was a nice touch! Only a short drive to a nice dog park too!

We absolutely LOVED this home. It was super minimal and modern. Just the basic essentials you need to feel at home and relax. Plus the hot tub was a great way to distress from traveling. We’ll definitely be looking for this property for our next time in Albuquerque.
