Nice place to stay in at Sarajevo

Location was perfect since the main attractions of the city were walking distance. Breakfast was very decent and the hotel is comfortable overall. Nice staff as well. Recommended place to stay

Not too critical or serious but the shower was narrow and it was difficult not to spill the water on the floor.

Superb

The hotel has perfect location and is very easy to find. Private parking is available (which is not so usual in Sarajevo.) The hotel is on the main road but the windows isolate the noise quite well.

A fraudulent hotel

Nothing to like

It is not The room we reserved and not the room that was confirmed. It's much smaller and doesn't have a lot of amenities that should be in the room. We were given a low-rise attic room. I complained but they said they don't have any available rooms. The toilet cabinet door fell on my wife's foot. The toilet does not have enough space for a person to sit. It is almost impossible to use. Even a hostel room is better than here. I took this room about 6 months ago by trusting Booking.com but I was deceived. None of the information about the hotel is correct. Employees lie all the time. The breakfast is a disgrace, there is not even tea, they put hot water and go. The room sheets were dirty when we entered, there were shoe print stains on the sheets. WiFi is not working on the third floor where the room we were given at first. We had to use paid data on the first day. There is no sitting and eating place stated in the room. The toilet is too small. After our insistent objections, we were forcibly moved to another room, but that was not the room that was confirmed. A complete fraudulent hotel. By the way, I would like to express a rightful complaint to the Booking.com as well. In this trip, this is the third times we were given a room that did not have the features of the room we had booked. This means that Booking.com has lost its credibility and thrust or does not control the information provided by the hotels. I cannot send complaint through Booking.com.

Exceptional

Employees were very kind and friendly. Location was close to Bascarjia it took 5 minutes by walking. All in all we were really happy when we leave the hotel it was a comfortable accommodation for my family. I definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely loved this hotel; a truly hidden gem in the Old Town. I enjoyed the hospitality from the get-go. Very friendly and attentive staff!

only for one night

it’s ok for one night. it was warm in the room.

location is awful, hotel is near the road and our window overlooked the parking. our room was uncomfortable and too noisy. bathroom equipment leaves much to be desired. the shower kept falling all the time. breakfast was cold and there wasn’t to eat. you can stay here for one night, but for me a price is overestimated.

Great staff, location right next to the old town with good access to the tourist spots. Parking available.

There were almost no windows in the room so it was pretty dark and depressive to stay there

For individual travelers is good

We liked staff which working in hotel!

Even I gave 10 score because I want support small businesses in Bosnia. Unfortunately it wasn’t comfortable, rooms are super small and having problems with sound isolation, we heard all our neighbors, and was also voices I don’t know from where(sounded like rats under floor). I hope owner will pay attention and will make renovations in hotel. Best luck and thank you!

Excellent staff

Great reception desk staff. They made us Bosnian coffee and had a beautiful spread for breakfast.

Not enough large blankets (granted I didn't ask for more, but probably could have)
