Great friendly staff that were always available on text whenever we needed something and very hospitable. Great location with walking distance to everything in the Old Town and to the main square to take bus/tram to other places.
Some loud music playing outside until night due to a few bars and clubs close by but that's probably to be expected if you want a location in the city centre. The blinds couldn't be closed fully to make it complete dark in the room. Other than that it had everything we needed and we would definitely return back to this place if we visit Sarajevo again!

We had a great stay at Miaap Apartment. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city and get around.
Everything was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Comfortable, quiet, lovely welcoming host, everything you need in a compact but excellently planned space. Could have stayed for so much longer!
I think that could have been made clearer that you need to pay in cash.
