Food was great, clean place and silent. Very central, amazing staff.

Nice location a couple blocks off of the city center

Great hotel. Very secure. Room key is needed to access elevators and floors leading to rooms. Rooms are cozy and clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Within walking distance to many attractions and bus/train stations.

Room nice and clean, got an earlier check in which was appreciated. Food menu small but fine. Breakfast was excellent! Nice hotel for a night

It's a lovely hotel, with a lot of floors and rooms; the staff are very friendly and efficient, which particularly helps when the room keycards suddenly stop working - I know this can be due to proximity to a mobile phone, but doesn't explain why it would happen when I keep my phone and wallet in pockets on opposite sides of my waste and my wallet is RFID-secure! Yet this happened to me and my husband twice each. But staff were quick to sort this and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to nightlife and transport links.
The room was a decent size, with a good sized TV and bathroom/shower. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but was adequate for our 2-night stay. The room was a bit cold and didn't seem to heat up much. Storage and drink-making facilities were very good. Breakfast wasn't the most extensive range, but was adequate.
Many hotels nowadays have charging points at either side of the bed, so this would be a welcome addition if possible. The desk-free check-in was very novel, interesting and quick! The view from the 7th floor was great.

While I like to see hotels not overly supplying amenities, this hotel goes a bit too minimal. There is not even body lotion which is really necessary for most people in winter. 3-in-1 cleanser didn't make me feel good too. Otherwise, the hotel is good and staff were helpful and friendly.

Stayed for 3 nights and one night was as cheap as £54 and one night was £174 so I don’t understand how this works. The room was spacious and very comfortable but lacked coat hooks. I had a premium room but the only difference from a normal room is a coffee pod machine and a robe. The decor was awful (bright red strawberries).
Breakfast is cheap but it’s continental with scrambled egg and beans.
This hotel is nothing special - very basic but ok for business reasons. The bed was really comfortable which I suppose is the main thing anyway.

Great value for money. Superb location. Tasty breakfast. Comfortable room with quirky decor. Would recommend at the price (just over £50 per night).

i stayed for two nights with some friends, unfortunately they had to change their room because of a very bad smell, the staff was good and helpful but one more thing is that the room felt a little bit cold, otherwise it was a nice stay, the location was very good.

Was in Liverpool to give a talk about my latest film Liberty Kath Duncan the untold struggle 4 civil rights that won Liverpool international film festival ( Watch on Vimeo on demand ) and my hosts booked this hotel . Amazing value , great location great breakfast & perfect location so many bigger hotels puff themselfs up this hotel is modest & all the better for it as well as being better than the other big budget hotel Travel lodge .

This is a comfortable hotel in a great location with friendly staff and good customer service. The only downside was the heating but staff were prepared for this and we had a heater in our room within half an hour.

Great little hotel bang in centre of Liverpool. Obviously close to The Cavern and a multitude of other decent pubs and bars and shopping areas. Easy and felt safe to walk around the area.
Nice rooms, very clean and tidy. Quiet during the night. Competitive prices too. Highly recommended.

Ideally placed in the centre of Liverpool, close to the Cavern Quarter. Short walk to Liverpool One shops, restaurants and the Waterside. typical compact City rooms but the staff were excellent.

Staff was great but the cleaning of the room was reasonable. After went out some morning we left our dirt towels and when we returned they cleaned the room but kept the same towels instead changing it. Awful situation.

The staff was fantastic and friendly. Our room was small by American standards but the worst part was the bathroom was like a small pod on an elevated platform in which the floor creaked, was spongy and the door was difficult to shut. Due to that, i would not stay there again if i was visiting Liverpool.

Can't really complain, didn't overly pay for the room so recieved what was expected

No WiFi available, cleanliness of the rooms very poor, bad smell in rooms and corridors. Stains on bedsheets, thin bed mattress, hairs in shower, carpets dirty. Overall poor experience

Very clean and staff very friendly

Nice stay in the Hotel.
Definitely "scammed" with regard to the Q car park at the rear of the hotel.
You are led to believe when you book that you get a voucher from the hotel to entitle you to £9 per night parking.
When I put my voucher in the pay machine I was charged £50 (£25 per night). I called Q Park from the machine phone and the assistant told me that the voucher scheme had been cancelled a few months ago and vouchers were no longer valid. I had to pay the £50 to get out of the car park...Be aware.

Very clean, nice staff!!

Pros - good location, no rowdy guests and pleasant staff.
Dislikes - bathroom drains (shower and basin) are most likely clogged in many rooms, and require routine maintenance. Water was draining slowly and there was an unpleasant odour. No safe box in the room.
I’m afraid the breakfast was average and not a particularly wide selection. The coffee wasn’t great quality. I appreciate this is an economy hotel and no doubt will suit many visitors to Liverpool. If you’re looking for a non-pod style bathroom and wider breakfast selection consider somewhere else to stay.
To their credit, the front of house and housekeeping staff are very pleasant.
Just a few changes and this would be a really great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, friendly polite staff, very clean, secure building, safe in room, key card entry into building, lifts and rooms.
Rooms are bright, clean and roomy. Iron/ironing board in room ( we had a premier room), hair drier, coffe/tea making facilities, fresh cooffee available in reception 24/7.
One small feedback is the shower cubicle, although spacious ,clean and a great shower, care needs to be taken getting in and out of the cubicle as there is a small step down and the surface is slippery when wet, no grab bar to assist getting out of the cubicle to the bathroom floor and a very real chance of slipping. This is not to detract from the overall room which is beautiful, really comfy bed, good blackout curtains and air conditioning.
5 minute walk to Mathew street, 10 minutes to Albert dock, lime street station. Plenty of nice restaurants and entertainmemt within 5/10 minute walk.
Would definatly use the hotel again.

The Ibis Styles on Dale Street has a good location to transportation, restaurants, and places to visit in Liverpool. It is a clean, but basic hotel, for example, there were no amenities, such as tissues, body lotion, or a safe in the room. But the staff was helpful and the location very good.

Convenient for Liverpool town centre. Great service from the staff - nothing too much trouble. Lovely spacious double room with amenities provided. I would definitely recommend it!
