Located in the Oceanfront section of Ocean Villas with large patio- steps from the zero entry pool and beach boardwalk- 1300 sq ft split floor plan flat has plenty of space for 8 guests. #13 features King, Queen, 2 twins, and a sleeper sofa with enlarged patio area facing the pool. Well equipped and renovated with extra linens, keriug and regular coffee maker, kitchen ware, and additional patio for reading, sipping coffee and bike storage. Private wifi is provided. Two parking passes available. Dog friendly (breed restrictions) with a non refundable $150 pet fee. Additional $50 fee for 2nd pet. Stays over 10 days $300 pet fee Ocean Villas is a gated community with tropical landscaping and all ages friendly. Ocean Villas is the premier location for a get away to Saint Augustine Beach and within a 10 minute drive of Historic Downtown. Visit the Lighthouse and Alligator Farm within a short drive. Unit 13 is located on the 'golden mile' of Saint Augustine Beach close to Publix, mini golf, and restaurants! This community has two pools (one heated). Ocean Villas is a 'repeat guest' complex. Beautiful green space off the patio and steps from the pool #13 makes vacation life easy. Walk up the boardwalk to the Gazebo to access Saint Augustine pristine beach. Loved being so close to the beach! Really enjoyed walking my dog and watching the sunrise over the Atlantic. It's a short drive to the historic St. Augustine downtown area. Publix is only 2 minutes away so I coukd get all we need for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the baking feature on the oven did not work. But the convection oven finally roasted our turkey. I learned too late that the emergency number I was given does not receive text messages. They were very responsive to emails. Outside of the turkey still being raw when we were scheduled to have dinner, it was a great stay. Very clean. Though I wasn't sure that the sheets had been changed. Overall, we would stay here again.

Super clean and easy to access everything. Beautiful property that easily slept 5 adults. The pools are impeccably kept and easy beach access. The condo itself was spacious, super clean, and had all amenities wanted except a hair dryer ( which isn’t a big deal at all). We would stay again.

Great location of the property and specifically the condo within the property - first floor almost poolside and short walk to beach. Condo supplied with comfortable sleeping arrangements, linens, towels. Kitchen has nice appliances and amenities. A suggested addition would be ceiling fans in the other 2 bedrooms (in master bedroom
only). Loved our time there.

It was even better than expected! Clean, cozy, and well stocked unit with an amazing patio about 30 ft to the pool and a few yards farther over the dunes to the beach. Can't wait to return with family/friends!

The location was very good and grounds were nice however the first night both kids had roaches in their rooms. The next morning the countertops on the kitchen had roaches crawling all over them. Even the dishwasher had roaches inside and around. The utensil drawer had roaches crawling around as well. We contacted the office and they did have someone come out to spray but it didn’t t help. We were only there 4 nights and the 3rd and 4th night was no different. They need someone to go in and rid the entire infestation before renting it out again. I did leave a review with the rental co but haven’t heard back. I never leave bad reviews however this was really bad.

Loved this unit! It was clean & comfy! Great location to the pools & beach. Loved sitting on the back patio eating our meals. Can't wait to come back next year!

We loved everything about this condo and resort. Very clean. Convenient to groceries, dining, shopping and St Augustine Old Town. Huge patio to enjoy the evening

There was an issue with wasps upon arrival and one sliding door wouldn’t shut completely. Both were corrected quickly.

The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. Had to call the management team about the oven not working on Thanksgiving day and they had someone on site to fix the problem within an hour. I would highly recommend this unit.
