Nestled in Cattaraugus, this attractive cabin for $256 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Awesome Ellicottville retreat! Cozy up after a day of enjoying the outdoors in our 2 bedroom cabin with 1.5 baths, and hot tub. Our cabin is perfect for couples and small families, it sleeps four total. Recent remodel includes new fireplace, living room furniture, smart tvs, kitchen upgrades and high speed internet and central AC. This is an ideal location to spend time relaxing this summer. Enjoy lawn games or just chill out in the large tree lined back yard with views of surrounding hillsides. Make dinner on the gas grill, soak in the hot tub and end the evening around the firepit. Hike Allegany State Park, visit Holiday Valley Sky High Adventure Park, go mountain biking, paddle board or kayak at Spruce Lake. Enjoy antique tours, spas, shopping and dining in the quaint village of Ellicottville. Regardless of what activities you enjoy, they are all easily accessible from this cozy country cabin. Please note loft bedroom is accessible by ladder. Bunkbeds are available for more sleeping options. Bunks are located behind a wall in the living room (not fully enclosed). Sugartown Cabin is not available during ski season November - March. We welcome renters again in April.

This was an absolutely amazing stay for us. The location was far enough out to be a quiet stay, but close enough to town that we could easily get there to enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend it!

This cabin was a great place to stay while visiting Allegheny State Park and Ellicottville. They were both about a 20- to 30- minute drive away, but the setting of the cabin was so serene. It was a little bit of a hassle having to sign an agreement with the property owner, and at first I thought about finding somewhere else to stay, but I'm glad I didn't! Michelle was very easy to work with and was very responsive. "Check-in" upon arrival was very easy. The house was well taken care of, and the deck and the hot tub were wonderful! I stayed in the upstairs loft and thought that I would be woken up when my Mom got up and turned on lights; but the loft stayed dark. This is a really cute little cabin and I would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was a nice reprieve after an afternoon in Ellicottville. The location is far out enough for privacy and solitude, but close enough that you can get to any Ellicottville activity within five minutes. The cabin was well-appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for your stay. Our favorite parts of our stay were cooking at home, board games and the HOT TUB. Would definitely love to stay again on our next trip to Ellicottville!

This property was even cuter than it looks in pictures! Nice location and it was clean and tastefully decorated. Looks like some updates were recently done. We will come back with our son next time! He will love the bed in the loft and the cool fireplace!

It was very clean and had all the things you would need for a home away from home: movies, books, games, condiments, all the dishes you need, all appliances you need, smart TV, hot tub, and a beautiful fireplace. It is full of positive energy and is very welcoming!

We stayed here in 2019 and loved it, and were happy to get back in 2022 after Covid kept us from crossing the border for so long. Its a great spot to go in the fall to see the Allegany colors and visit Ellicottville. The hot tub is great in the evenings and the cottage itself is clean, quiet and stocked with anything we would have needed. We'd happily come back. Only minor issue (and beyond the control of the owners) is that we noticed when Ellicottville gets busy on the weekend it puts a bit of a strain on the cell/wifi reception at the cottage, and it gets better again later in the evening. Not really a big deal since we were mostly out during the day. Hopefully in time some more towers get built in the area to improve that.

Overall our stay was relaxing and just what we needed. The place was clean and had all of the necessities you would need being away from home. It was close enough to town that you could run and get groceries or dine out. We stayed at the house besides a couple of grocery runs. The hot tub was amazing as well as the ambiance set with the deck lights on at night. Overall we had a great time but the photos were a little deceiving, the fire pit is along a tree line about 50 yards away from the house and maybe it depends on the time of year but the creek was more of a swamp. Standing water that wasn’t appealing in the least. Lastly, I thought instantly that the grass was a little long, but whatever. The neighbor stopped by day 1 and said he would be over to mow the next morning. He never showed and the grass got pretty long by the end of our stay. Greatest thing about our stay were the stars at night! GORGEOUS!!!

The property was clean and as described. Michelle was honest about the creek in that it was stagnant, and she gave us the option of not going through with our booking. We are glad we still stayed. We loved the hot tub and that the cabin was close to everything while still being private.

This location was ideal if for a quick weekend away. The property was well maintained both inside and out. We found everything we needed to prepare our meals and even some fun unexpected extras. The deck and hot tub made for a great star gazing location as well as a place for meals and games. With only a 10 minute drive to Ellicotville you are close enough to the action that if you want to partake you can without major inconvenience. Highly recommend visiting guests check out the Salt Cave in town!

A great little cabin very close to Ellicottville. Comfortable beds, quiet, kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the projector! The hot tub was perfect. Would definitely book again if we return to the area.

So we loved the location and we loved how quiet it was. The inside of the cabin is nice. However the deck of the property has boards coming up when you walk on them especially the one right at the front door. all the towels were super crunchy as no fabric softener had been used. If you plan on going anywhere near the creek advertised please use bug spray as it’s infested back there and the deck area they created is pretty iffy.. if you plan to use the internet at the cabin just forget about it… I couldn’t even upload photos from my camera to my computer or let alone load a website… . Other then those things we had a good stay.

We ended up staying during a very wet, 3 day snow storm which kept us from enjoying the outside aspects of the cabin, but we lived our time there none the less. Such a cozy home and made for a lovely weekend get away, even if it was mostly indoors.

This cozy cabin was peaceful and comfortable. Our family of six had treasured together time. We were close enough to Ellicottville to eat dinner out each night, but the cabin was isolated enough to sip morning coffee to the sound of the babbling btook and bird calls. We played cards, watched movies, and enjoyed the hot tub. It was a nice stay.

This was our 3rd trip to the cabin. Love the area and the property is clean, well maintained, sufficiently stocked, cozy and tidy. As was early April we had snow. First time in a jacuzzi in the snow! A fun experience. Very close to Ellicotville which is a great little town with a lot of shops to explore and great dining options. Also has a Tops market for all your food and incidentals. Michelle is a great host who is quick to respond to any questions. We will be back!
