Situated in Ocean Beach, this lovely house for $714 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Gorgeous renovated home 4 blocks to ocean and sand. 1 block to Shops on Newport Ave. Big backyard w/ grass, outdoor fireplace, built in BBQ & sink. Fully fenced. Huge kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel high end appliances. Full size washer/dryer, Gas fireplace in Great room, luxury bedding, mattresses & furnishings. Two bedrooms down with a queen and a king. 2 BR's upstairs, a king bed room & twin over Full bunk bed in other plus large master suite with queen murphy bed. There is a minimum stay on major holidays and no check in or checkouts on a major holiday. We are available by text and the app quite easily. Ocean Beach is our favorite San Diego Beach area. The layout makes getting around super easy. There is a hip vibe with lots of great places to eat and shop. Dog friendly most everywhere. Great location to get to Downtown, airport etc. There is some jet noise in Ob From the airport. Access to large backyard with BBQ, fireplace, sink, etc. Side gate with coded entrance and access to Boogie boards, surfboards, yard games etc. Access to fenced front yard with sitting area. Beautiful street offers church bells and the sound of the wild parrots in the trees. Pet possible on prior approval. Do not bring pets that are not pre-approved. Fenced and gated. Transportation is easy. Cab, Uber, walk, bike, rent an electric scooter, drive. Wonderful trails along the waters edge and up in the hills. Point Loma 5 minute drive away.

This property is excellent! It had everything on site that we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house and grounds were clean, well appointed, and VERY comfortable. Natural light from windows and skylights flooded the home, resulting in a warm and inviting ambiance. The kitchen was well stocked with staples, and the utensils and other furnishings were more than adequate for our group of 8. The property's location is convenient to top attractions in SD, and parking is accessible. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. We particularly appreciated the host's prompt response to inquiries. This house was perfect! The location was Ocean Beach, which is quaint and perfect. Tina was easy to contact and responded immediately to all questions. Thank you for such a relaxing location to call "home".

Overall the place was great with great entertaining places whether in kitchen or outdoors on patio with plenty of seating. The house was situated in a great neighborhood and walking distance to beach, bars and several eating establishments. Only small issues were the noise from the other apt connected to house. You can hear everyone walking around and it is somewhat loud. Also, couldn’t set the air conditioning as it was locked at 72 degrees and the house got a little hot during day/night. Still with those exceptions, this was a great place and would come back again. A lot of game options also for families

So much space and a great layout! Very clean and well stocked. The backyard was perfect for traveling with our puppers! Walking distance to a great variety of restaurants and bars. The beach is a short walk down the street. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely recommend

The home was clean, beautiful and accompanied with great amenities (highlight being the backyard!). The location is very convenient and close to restaurants, businesses and the beach. The property also provides parking, which was helpful. Tina was an excellent host, very responsive throughout the entire stay and leading up to the arrival. She went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed.

This property really does have everything you need. It was perfect for our big group of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids) with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of living space, including a huge backyard. You really lack for nothing in this house. Further, our host was so helpful and quick to resolve any issues we had! It made check-in so easy. The location is great as well, especially if you plan on going to the SD Zoo or SeaWorld, they are just minutes away. Plenty of great food around and in a very walkable neighborhood. We are definitely considering renting this property again in the summer. Excellent experience! Alexandria Moreno
