Vasca manages many condos at the PB Hotel. They made many mistakes with my booking. When i checked in the front desk had no knowledge of my reservation. It took 30 minutes to check in. The 1st room sustained water damage from a bad leak upstairs, so Vasca moved me to another of their rooms, excaliming there would be no additional charges. However, the 2nd room was less than half the size of the first and not nearly as well furnished. Then i requested an additional night. They accomodated me, quoted a rate, then yanked the room out from under me on my last afterroon. It was one botched vacation.
