The hotel is wonderfull and the restaurants are excellent
There was a lot of sargassum and bad smell in certain areas of the hotel. It is important to clean and collect it

Cleanliness, nice outdoor pool areas especially the private one for guests only. Beautiful grounds.
They had construction going on which started early on Sunday morning. Very loud as it was in the middle courtyard. There was not a coffee pot in the room leaving you having to pay $20 for a small pot not including tax and gratuity, also waiting 30 minutes for it. The Fish Bar was closed and there really are not a lot of food options on property. I spent my 65th birthday there and 3 days prior to my arrival they cancelled my brunch reservation for 8 people. It was not easy to find another reservation that close which was stressful. The hotel did not offer anything.
