Host was absolutely lovely. Great communication, friendly and very helpful. Location was suitable for my needs. Across the road from water front, great walks, tranquil and pleasant. Although I didn't use, having the option for the Kayaks and Bikes was awesome. Would highly recommend this cute cottage.

Close to the water, lovely walks nearby. Pool table was fun and the cottage was very cute.
Bedroom heater didn’t work very well, even after the owner attempted to fix it. The heater looked dirty inside and smelled mouldy - it needs replacing or a pressure wash done.
The bed my parents slept on had springs poking through the mattress and old linen.
There was a possum stuck in the roof which made it hard to sleep.

The place was perfect for us. Plenty of room and right across from a park and the water. we took the kayaks out which was a lot of fun.

Our Hosts were particularly helpful and we felt we were in a comfortable setting.

Host met me at the house after delays with flights etc. Very detailed run down on the property. Host was very helpful and friendly. Lovely spot - just as described !. Quiet and peaceful !. Opposite a lovely park and Moreton Bay. Very clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Quirky property but highly recommended. Lota fish and chip shop was very good !. Watch out for Midgie bites after dark by the water - very itchy ! Nothing to do with the property but well worth taking some insect spray.

The location was beautiful and not to far to travel into the city.
Being a 'big' family the bathroom was a little small but we made it work.

Beautiful place to Stay, Host was so friendly and helpful. Being able to use Kayaks and bikes were brilliant right near the water and cycle paths. Central to everything we needed. Safe friendly area to stay.
Nothing not to like, loved our stay.

The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very accommodating and prompt with communication.

Location was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. There were bikes and canoes for use (we did not get chance to use).
Pool table was good (but very lopsided)
The photos are very misleading. The kitchen - side was sloped, no microwave, the sofa smelt bad and the step into the hall was a trip hazard/a bit loose. The fridge was on a pallete - unstable.
The bathrooms/toilets way too small and not enough towels for everyone. The house was damp, clothing/bedding felt damp and clearly painted over to hide but was coming through. Smoke alarm was not working properly in which had to be removed as it wouldn't stop alarming. Matresses were disgusting (we did not see this until we stripped bed on last day) The air con in main bedroom not working. Need a new clothes maiden. Washing machine has not been cleaned/discinfected - dirty and smelt bad. We were very disappointed and the damp affected my husbands chest bad.
