Located in Michigan City, this charming house for $1,229 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Large beach house with guest house perfect for family get always. Hang out at the beach all day, use the pool, play tennis and then gather around the huge dining room table for dinner. After dinner relax with s’mores by the fire pit. Visit the Washington Park Zoo, casinos, breweries and wineries close by. Enter the lake house through the lower level with an inviting sofa, tv, small ping pong table shuffleboard game. There's also a large king bedroom and a full bathroom on this level. Go up the stairs into the large living room with all glass doors over looking Lake Shore Drive, galley kitchen and large dining table. The table is enormous and can seat 12. It is perfect for dinner or a night of playing board games. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a coffee bar with a beverage fridge and wine cooler. There is also another sitting area with 65 inch tv and a powder room. When you go up the stairs to the bedrooms you can choose from the king with an ensuite and a balcony with views of Lake Michigan or one of the queen bedrooms which also have balconies. There is a full bathroom in the hall and a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet. Climb one more set of stairs and there is a loft area with 5 twin beds for the kids. The property is located in a resort community. There are fines if rules are broken and the fees will be passed on to the renter. Quiet time begins at 10pm No smoking or vaping indoors No pets No parties No bachelor or bachelorettes No fireworks You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire time Resort Amenities and Info: seasonal 4ft pool, splash pad, kiddie pool, basketball court, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, catch and release fishing, bocce ball, shuffleboard, ping pong, *Wristbands $18 are required for all guests age 4 and up mid May - September *Parking passes $8 These fees will be added in as a special fee. Please give a count of number of wristbands needed and cars that will be on the property.

We had a wonderful stay Labor Day weekend! We had 18 people total, including 4 families with 10 kids. The house is very clean with everything you need, including a wagon, beach chairs and beach toys. Having the guest house with the extra kitchen was key when prepping meals for our large group. The house is prime location with being right across the street from the beach and just a quick walk to the pool and coffee/ice cream shop. Highly recommend!

We loved this property and our entire experience! The property owner was SO responsive and accommodating, and the house had everything we needed, including beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and more. The house is a very short walk from the beach, pool, and other amenities, which was great for many reasons. Our group included 5 adults and 6 teenagers, and every single person raved about what a great experience it was. Our purpose was to create some fun memories among our teens before they headed off to high school, and this house gave them all the space, opportunity, and freedom to do that. Thank you, Colleen, for being the perfect host!

We loved our stay very much. Our only regret was that we had unseasonably cool weather but that can’t be controlled. This was the most well equipped place we’ve ever stayed. They had everything… beach chairs, beach toys, games, and everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. Plenty of room for all of us and easy access to both the beach and pool area. Communication with the owner was great. We’d highly recommend staying here.

House was spacious and modern. There was plenty of room for the entire family and they even had sand toys for my grandkids! Collen was great and answered all .y question. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was just a short walk to the beach. Had an amazing weekend!
