I give it a 7 until Renovation is complete then it will be a 10.

Very comfortable and staff was very friendly. Improvements are being made.

The improvements are not finished yet, but it will be very nice when done.

Disappointing

I like the fact that they were in the Process of cleaning the rooms up. And gave us another room for the next night. It probably will be a nice place to stay when they get done with all the upgrades.

like the fact that they were in the Process of cleaning the rooms up, but even though they were doing this we got a room that still needed fixing, instead of putting me in a clean room, free of mold. I’m a heart patient, and wasn’t purpose to be in that kind of environment. I spent my first night in it. When I asked about something being done to compensate a partial payment for that night I was told maybe the people in charge could give me some kind of payment back. I chose your place of business because of what was being offered. Not once was we told that the business was going through construction. So I very disappointed in y’all honestly concerning your business. It looks like that it will be a decent place to stay maybe in the future.

I have seen Hotel 6 establishments that are better.

The location was great. The staff were nice and helpful.

The place was run down, needs upgrades. The slide glass door had a janky lock and a stick to prevent it from opening. The room was clean, but the carpets were really old and need replaced. The "breakfast" was not good. The waffle iron was broken, and the toaster had one side that worked. The same food every day. There were families "living" there. Children were unattended and wondering around the hotel and grounds. I would not stay there again.

The place was disgusting. Never made it into the property because the outside was so trashed. Working on getting our money back with the hotel now because we ended up driving the 3 hours home instead of staying because it was so sketchy and nasty. Do not stay here.

I did not like anything and ended up leaving after a few hrs of being there, without getting a refund of any kind

The size of the room was nice and roomy. The television was nice and had great quality. The bathtub was large and spacious. The bed itself was comfortable, and having a frig and microwave was very convenient. Having outside access from the room was nice as well.

Right off the bat, we were charged an unexpected $100 deposit fee with additional hidden deposit fees. The hotel clerk couldn't explain the additional charges. The walls in the bedroom had dirt and stuff splattered throughout. We couldn't use the tub because it was not clean. It had dust and soap scum all over it. The base boards had dirt caked on them. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. We were in a nonsmoking room, and our covers had cigarette burns in them, and the room itself, STUNK of stale cigarette smoke. We couldn't use the hot tub because the temperature of the water was beyond warm. There needs to be more lighting in the room. It's very dark in half of the room.

A comfortable, clean bed to sleep after visiting the national park.

There were a lot of things not working.

Bathtub did not work, no in room coffee maker, and tv had glitches. The staff worked hard to fix a lot of problems for a lot of people but are overwhelmed. The facility needs some work.

We got what we paid for

The price because it was cheap which pretty much made up for the fact that our ceiling looked like it was about to be caved in and the the bathroom, had I not stayed there for more than a night I honestly wouldn't have taken a shower in there. AND we were told by the nighttime person we could get a late check out since we were stuck in town longer than we planned on the next day and when I called for something the next morning they went back on their word and told us we couldn't check out an hour later so we were rushed to get out.

the property wasn’t bad for the price and the room was very clean. we mostly slept comfortably and it was close to the beach.

The room had mold all along the patio wall. Mold in bath tub around the edges spider webs on ceiling carpet was damp bedding had stains on it we couldn't take it and checked out at midnight pool was freezing hot tub was covered with boards with pool chairs and yellow tape around it building needs to be condemned I will be contacting the board of health

The breakfast was good, & the hot tub felt amazing.

No TV, cable, the door was broken on the cabinet in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broke, bed wasn't comfy, & they haven't gave our deposit back....& It's 8 days later & they told us 3-5 business days..

I just wasn’t happy with this stay at all!

looking at pic on line I was excited to use the hot tub and of course it wasn’t working, also the room had damage to it , ceiling, hole in walls in bathroom , patio door wouldn’t open, curtains had holes through the back lining and could see light come through.

Staff did not communicate well. Basically stared at you and nodded. Told them about toilet overflowing around 7:30 a.m. Staff said they would fix it. Came back after all day conference and toilet not fixed. So they gave us another room. When you check in, they require a $100.00 cash or card deposit. Deposit is returned at checkout but you have to wait until the room is checked. Strong smells of pee, wet dog, and extreme cigarette smoke smell. Carpets in the rooms and hallways needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Trash and dog poop on the ground and parking lot. Trash on hallway floors. Dead Spiders in bathroom. Some outlets and TV remote not working. We sat down for breakfast and at least 8 people were complaining about noise, people living there permanently, mold on pastries, smells, coffee not ready, etc... Pool not open at posted times.

I don't know where they got the pictures for the website, but it is not this motel.

Closeness to venue.

The floor by air conditioner was wet (wet socks) because there was a leak above it that was molding now. They had put a trash can on air conditioner to catch rain. I would not touch the chair because of all the outlined stains on it. The curtain had holes in it. The freezer on frig was completely frozen up, and the fridge part was not cold. There was a door to another room that I could not lock. The number to door was written on it.
