This cheerful, newly renovated 2-bdrm bungalow has everything you need for a vacation or staycation. In the heart of Atlanta, you can get just about everywhere (the airport, restaurants, hospitals, grocery stores) you'd need within 15 minutes or less. Including Downtown, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, AUC, and GSU. But w/ comfy bedding, full kitchen, 2 outdoor spaces, and amenities free toiletries, bottled water, coffee, tea, + WIFI, you may decide to stay in and enjoy your retreat! The space It is a quaint space, but perfect for three people comfortably. If you want an extra person to sleep on the couch, let us know when booking! The maximum number of guests is 4. You'll have everything you need for a long or a short stay! - Perfect for families or small groups on a quiet neighborhood street - Modern design, peaceful bedrooms - Sanitized before and after each stay - Outdoor security camera for safety - Free street parking - Central air conditioning and heating - Cozy living room entertainment area - Full access to the front patio and backyard deck - Fully equipped kitchen (free coffee, tea, and bottled water!) - Full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower caps, cotton balls, hand soap, extra toothbrushes, and mini-first aid kits - Free wifi for guests who work from home - No smoking, no pets, no parties (fines applicable) Continue reading to find the required secret phrase to book. Guest access This is a single-family home with street parking for one car. Be sure to avoid the fire hydrant by parking in front of the duplex next door. Out of consideration of the neighbors and in accordance with Atlanta's short-term rental ordinance, we ask that no one hangs out on the porch after 10:00 pm to keep the noise down. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, even the front porch. The secret phrase is "Outkast". Please include this in your message to the host when you send your request to book. Finally, the person booking this home must be present for check-in. Third-party bookings are not allowed due to Airbnb's Terms of Service.
