Enjoy this very well lit studio apartment that is attached to our primary residence that is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to midtown and downtown, bike/walking paths, numerous eateries, galleries, and shops. We take pride in anticipating what our guests will need, and enjoy while staying in our home. Have a wonderful night's sleep in a comfor-pedic king bed with cozy pillows. Start your morning with a shower with extra linens & shampoo. Then enjoy a cup of coffee & breakfast in the kitchen. Or head down the street to Farmers Daughter for some delicious local eats. There are comfy chairs in the living to relax on after a long day of fishing or skiing and site seeing around the area. You are in the heart of everything that Downtown Bozeman has to offer and you can also be in Big Sky to ski the Largest Skiing in America in less than an hour, Bridger Bowl downhill skiing in 30 minutes, Cross country skiing in less than 20 minutes, in Yellowstone National Park in an hour and a half, blue ribbon fly fishing and stunning summer hikes in 45 minutes, and Hyalite reservoir with breath taking views in less than an hour. Upon your arrival you will quickly discover that the cost and value of this home far exceeds that of staying in a hotel.

It was bitterly cold in Bozeman & the floor radiant heat could not heat the room. It took 30 minutes to contact the host who offered to bring in room heaters. We canceled & received a full refund

This VRBO has a great location - very close to downtown Bozeman. Parking is really nice as well. The VRBO is very bright and open; the bed is really comfortable.

The space:
Clean with windows all around the room providing natural light (which made for a pretty bright room in the mornings). It is above a garage and separate from the main house so it is very quiet and there are no footsteps from people walking above you (as is often the case with basement studio rentals). Communication was good. There is a portable AC unit that struggled to cool down the large room in the heat of the day but eventually got it cool at night. Kitchen was quite well stocked for cooking but didn’t have things like foil, storage bags/containers, or seasonings (from what I could see), so you should bring your own if desired. The shower was small and the water pressure was a bit lacking, but manageable.
Location:
The location in Bozeman was probably the biggest benefit of this rental - it was a very quick drive to access the downtown area as well as the university. Both are also walkable if you want to spend a little more time in transit.
Laundry:
Our biggest disappointment was the lack of laundry. We were on a road trip and we were banking on having the washer/dryer access, as it was listed in the amenities. We were caught off guard and displeased about the misinformation in the listing.

This was a very roomy studio with great kitchen amenities if you don't want to go out every night. Lots of windows and being on the 2nd floor above the garage made it seem even bigger. We didn't rent a car and walked to campus (our son's MSU orientation weekend) and downtown each night for great food and drinks. The host was very communicative and even allowed us to keep our luggage a bit past checkout before we headed to the airport. I highly recommend this spot for a couple's getaway.

This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Updated, sleek features, and very comfortable! Liked all the natural light in the daytime and there was plenty of space for the two of us.
