Delightfully updated with custom stained glass windows and a beautiful lush backyard! The Upper 9th ward was destroyed by Katrina and is making a slow but mighty comeback. It is a lively culturally diverse working class neighborhood. A transitioning mixture of brand new homes, and blighted Katrina houses. The area offers an authentic local experience while being in close proximity to tourist areas. The house is conveniently located! 1.5 miles to Frenchman Street, 1.7 miles to the French Quarter, and 2.4 miles to Jackson Square and Bourbon St.! Attractions are accessible by public transport located 2 blocks from the house. Steps away from the hip Bywater and Marigny neighborhoods, the Mississippi River, Crescent Park, St Roch, and St Vincent De Paul cemetery! Please read the house rules below as stated on the listing. If the house still fits your needs and expectations please state you agree to the terms. If not, Please decline/withdraw your request 😊 House to be left in same condition as found. Any extreme cleaning needed or damage will be charged to guest. No parties, events or gatherings (4 individuals/guests/company/visitors max permitted on premises/property). Failure to do so will result in the immediate cancelation of the booking at the guests expense. No pets No guests under the age of 24 unless accompanied by legal guardian. A copy of valid State ID must be provided by ALL GUESTS for age and identity confirmation. No exceptions. Any additional guests/visitors/company outside of the ID’s provided will result in a immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from property at their expense. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on premises. This is a Zero Tolerance policy. Check in at 4pm. Check out is at 10AM. Unless a late check out is previously arranged; there will be a $50 per hour late check-out fee. This penalty is in place to ensure the unit can be prepared in time for the next reservation. No Smoking of any kind allowed inside of the residence. Please smoke on the comfortable outdoor patio. Failure to do so will result in a $200 deep cleaning fee. We provide every guest with a clean non allergen odor free environment. For security purposes outside areas are under 24/7 audio and visual surveillance. Be respectful while having a great time. Quiet hours between 10PM-7AM All booking conditions & house rules are strictly enforced.

this was my first time using a listing from VRBO. It was wonderful. Although we were out an about shopping and touring it was nice to come back home to a place that was very comfortable, clean and well kept. Really appreciate the effort that went into this property. Will be back I am sure and when I do I will look for this property again.

We came down for the game. House is super cute in an upcoming area. Driving there was a bit sketchy but had no problems while there. Just a quick uber drive away from Super Dome and Bourbon street. The back yard area is also great. It is shared with the other side but we a good neighbor for the weekend.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and the host!! What a beautiful, fun, and relaxing home! The back courtyard is amazing!! The house was clean, well kept and a perfect place to stay when visiting NOLA!

Really clean, cute place! Loved the location for us because it was close to where my family lives. Really awesome backyard setup! Easily accessible. Beds were great, nice and soft. I slept like a baby! They had a bunch of ice, maybe that doesn't seem like a big deal but it is to me. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was great! So clean, has everything we needed. - beds were comfortable - so cute and had character - the backyard is to die for - spacious and convenient It was better in person than in photos. We were all pleased. It’s a 10 min car ride into the French quarter.
