Proximity to Primary Children's Hospital
Dirty, remodled basement. Strong moldy smell. Bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. Bathroom had no ventilation and there was visible mold and dead bugs. Location only has 1 sofa bed, not two as stated in the description.
