Good location and natural light, but serious service and maintenance issues

The location of the property is good, within reasonable distance to major attractions. The room also had a street-facing balcony with excellent natural light, which was a pleasant feature.

Unfortunately, the stay was very uncomfortable, both in terms of service and facilities. The room had no special amenities, yet a high deposit was demanded before check-in. Despite having fully paid in advance and providing a credit card guarantee at the time of booking, we were refused check-in information even after the official check-in time, and were forced to submit another credit card hold. After completing the deposit, we also received promotional messages trying to sell insurance. Check-in was complicated — the key box was located across the street from the building. Upon entering the room, we found the toilet without a lid or seat, clearly not prepared for guests. The bottom of the bathroom door was badly water-damaged. After requesting a toilet repair, we were told the next day that it had been fixed, but when gently lifting the lid, both the lid and seat immediately fell off again. Despite informing the management, they insisted that the repair had been completed and tested. In reality, the toilet remained broken throughout our entire four-night stay. As we did not have the time or energy to continue arguing with the management over the repair, we had no choice but to ask them not to disturb us further and were forced to accept using an incomplete toilet without a lid or seat during our entire stay. The kitchen tap initially ran brown water, which took nearly 10 minutes to clear. Some kitchenware was not properly cleaned, with visible grease residue. Overall, while the location was convenient, the combination of aggressively demanding a high deposit, pushing insurance sales, and the poor condition of the facilities raises serious concerns about the management's priorities. Would not recommend.

Do sypialni prowadziły bardzo strome schody, co w nocy mogło być problemem jeśli chciało się skorzystać z toalety zlokalizowanej na dole. Ponadto aneks sypialniany miał bardzo niski sufit, trzeba było bardzo uważać, żeby nie uderzyć się w głowę.

Wydzielona kuchnia z przyzwoitą częścią jadalną.

Klucze znajdowały się w skrytce w zupełnie innej lokalizacji niż apartament, co biorąc pod uwagę że mieliśmy duży bagaż, sprawiało problem. Do sypialni prowadziły bardzo strome schody, co w nocy mogło być problemem jeśli chciało się skorzystać z toalety zlokalizowanej na dole. Ponadto aneks sypialniany miał bardzo niski sufit, trzeba było bardzo uważać, żeby nie uderzyć się w głowę.

Appartement très bien situé, idéal pour 2, déco agréable, très propre, literie correcte. Convenait parfaitement pour notre séjour de 5 nuitées.

Il conviendrait d'améliorer notamment les ustensiles de cuisine.
