The home is tucked away in a peaceful, wooded, golf-cart friendly neighborhood, just off Rt. 507, across the street from the lake and is well-suited for a couples retreat, or a small family and in walking distance to the Lake. Although secluded, we are only minutes from several restaurants, marinas, hiking trails, sightseeing, antique shops, boating, kayaking, the public beach, grocery stores, and more. We love watching the friendly neighborhood deer walk through the woods in the morning, and listen to the chirping crickets at night. This room has access through the primary bedroom, as well as the back deck off of the kitchen. **This room is listed as a 3-Season room, as it is not insulated, therefore does get quite cold in the winter months. We have fold out dining trays that are perfect for dining indoors during the colder months.** OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space features: ☑ A small deck on both the front and back of the house ☑ Charcoal grill ☑ Large picnic table ☑ Fire pit for a relaxing evening with friends, or some marshmallow roasting! ☑ We supply firewood! ** We do not supply charcoal for the grill, so you may need to pick some up if you plan on using the grill, or help yourself to any that has been left from previous guests. ** **The yard is on a pitch, but is not steep by any means.
