Beautiful, comfortable 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome located steps from Louisiana Tech campus, a short walk to downtown Ruston shops and restaurants, and an easy 8-minute drive to the Ruston Sports Complex. This townhome has an open floor plan downstairs including a living room, kitchen, and half bath. The kitchen is complete with an oven, stove, microwave, keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, and full refrigerator with icemaker. The stackable washer/dryer are also located downstairs. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each room has a private bathroom). For your convenience, there are 2 designated parking spots directly outside of the townhome which will be important for game day weekends! Wifi included. Well stocked spice cabinet as well as condiments in refrigerator. Starter set of paper towels/toilet paper. No toiletries offered.

My daughter and I came to Ruston for a volleyball tournament. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! This home was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect! Communication with the owner was so easy. She was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful weekend visiting our College Kids. The townhouse was clean and in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the Dog House after the game from the townhouse. We will definitely look to book again.

This was a perfect place to stay. We were in walking distance to those we needed to meet with and we were very close to places to eat. I loved this condo because it was convenient and met all of my criteria for a great place to stay including how it was decorated.

I have stayed at every hotel in Ruston over the last 9 months, every stay worse than the last. I thought there had to be a better way to stay and I found it! This townhome is exactly that, a home. You feel at home, it has everything you need. The living room is comfy and the kitchen has all of the necessities and more. A washer and dryer if needed is wonderful! The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, each bedroom has a bathroom which is so nice! You are right on campus, I was across the parking lot from my son’s dorm. Extremely convenient, clean, safe, cozy and communication was excellent!! I would highly recommend this townhome if you are visiting Ruston.

We were in Ruston for our grandson’s basketball tournament and decided to pass on the hotel option. Because our grandson has food allergies it is easier to have the option of preparing his food instead of always eating at restaurants. The condo was indeed a great choice! Not only did it have a full well supplied kitchen, the 2 bedrooms with connecting baths allowed us to all stay together. The unit was well furnished and comfortable. One of the best, if not the best VRBO units we have ever rented. The owner was responsive to all our questions and our visit was delightful. The sports complex was very close and we loved being so close to downtown and the quaint shops and good restaurants. We will be staying here again next summer!

This was a perfect location and accommodation for two adults and two teens playing at the Ruston Sports Complex! The owner also allowed us to stay over our check out time due to a rain delay. Well stocked, clean, and great location.

The apartment was very clean and decorated very nicely. Tech was on a break when we stayed, so may be hard to say all the time, but there were no noise issues. Communication with the property owner was great. We would definitely stay here again.
