Situated in Leesville, this attractive condo for $179 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This gorgeous property is located on a peninsula of 16 homes on a quiet section of beautiful Lake Murray, has large windows to view the lake, and offers swimming in the lake or pool at the main house, as well as kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, pickleball, picnic area with swings, wood burning fire pit on a sandy beach, new gas fire pit in lounge area on rear deck, as well as rocking chairs by the pool to view gorgeous sunsets in the evening! There's also great striper bass fishing on Lake Murray with a fish cleaning station available for your use! In addition there's two boat ramps on the premises to launch your own boat and a newly renovated dock to moor at! The property offers shared watercraft as well, including 2 Pedal Kayaks, a Canoe, a Paddle Board, Floats, Children's 4 seat paddle boat, 15' bouncer on the lake when available. The sidewalks around the property are nice to stroll on with awesome views of the lake, fountains, and a pond. Walks in the evening are especially nice when the stars are shining brightly. The Sunset Green Room sleeps 2, has it's own full bath, and is perfect for a romantic get away! It includes a queen bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, dresser, love seat and foot stool with awesome views of the lake through the windows, side table, two side chairs with end table, TV, brand new carpeting, and a separate exterior entrance from rear porch. Toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. This room does not have kitchen or laundry facilities, but there are many restaurant options nearby. It can also be booked in combination with Island's Sunset Cottage which has a full kitchen and washer and dryer as shown below. There is a propane grill available upon request on the rear deck overlooking the lake. $130 per night (Sun - Thurs) 2 night minimum $135 per night (Fri - Sat) 2 night minimum $846.40 per week. ****If more space is needed, additional properties on site can be booked such as: Property Listing #3309493 - Island's Sunset Cottage on Lake Murray - which has two bedrooms and sleeps 5, has a full bath, a gorgeous full kitchen with a blue tile backsplash up to the ceiling, a living area with French doors to view the lake, and a washer and dryer. Or there are additional guest rooms on property such as: Property Listing #3311929 - Island's Sunset Blue Guest Room which is the largest of the guest rooms and sleeps 2 in a king, with a private bath, and a private exterior entrance. This room is perfect for a romantic getaway or a great space to work remotely from a full sized desk with awesome views of the lake! It has a fridge/freezer/microwave combo, and coffee maker, but no laundry facilities unless booked with Island's Sunset Cottage which does have a washer and dryer. There's also: Property Listing #3312674 - Island's Sunset Gold Guest Room which sleeps 2 in a queen, has a private bath, a desk by the window to view the lake, and a separate outside entrance, but does not have kitchen or laundry facitlites unless it's booked with Island's Sunset Cottage. However, there are lots of restaurant choices nearby.

This place is nothing less than a five-star resort! Debra and Dennis have thought of every little thing a person could possibly need or want. What a wonderful place to enjoy nature's beauty and relax. If we hadn't been visiting family in the area, we would have just stayed put and enjoyed all of the amenities. Debra and Dennis treated us just like family, in the best way possible! Go ahead, book your dream vacation here, you won't regret it!

Debra and Dennis were wonderful hosts! We visited our daughter at USC for parents weekend, so we were unable to spend much time at the property, but it is gorgeous. When we arrived, Debra and Dennis met us at the driveway and showed us where to park and all around the property. They are such a nice couple and so accommodating. The loaned us a few serving tray items, a sweater and a light weight jacket for our gameday tailgate. We rented the green room and it was spacious and comfortable for my husband and I. We did enjoy setting outside for a few minutes and looking at the lake. Such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and the property has everything you need. Thank you Debra and Dennis for such a wonderful stay and welcoming my daughter to come visit us on Sunday. It was truly a pleasure to meet you. We will be back!

The property is amazing!! It is definitely a place that the pictures do not do any justice for. Our check-in was super easy,we arrived later than we anticipated and Ms Debra check on us to make sure we were okay! She and Mr Dennis were waiting on us in the driveway when we arrived. For me personally...it was a sweet touch that made it seem like we were being welcomed into the home by family. The communication for our time there was so perfect! Ms Debra went over and beyond for us in every way possible...she even made us homemade chocolate chip cookies while we were there. We definitely will be returning with our family for many trips in the future!

This property is magical! The grounds are pristine with beautiful landscaping, the rooms are immaculate - arguably the cleanest room we've ever stayed in (including 5-star resorts). The porch is huge with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful lake view and amazing sunsets. The pool was spectacular - very clean and perfect water temperatures also with lake views. Debra and Dennis are delightful. Very generous hosts that were extremely accommodating and literally provided everything we could possibly want or need to make us feel at home and ensure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. This was by far the best rental experience we've ever had, and we look forward to going back to visit again soon!

Great stay. The views are fantastic. Saw bald eagles everyday flying over the lake in front of the property. The room was spacious and clean and with an awesome view of the lake. Deborah has the best snack tray and coffee tray I've ever had. The pool was clean with a great view of the lake. Deborah and her husband are warm and welcoming, and we plan on going back.

I would give this property 6/5 stars if I could.Beautiful,well executed and left us wanting for nothing. Debra and Dennis followed up with us several times a day to make sure our needs were met. We were in the green room which had a small sitting area. The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave is available on the porch as well as disposal plates and utensils. We had access to their grill also, cooking several meals. The pool was ideal for afternoon soaks in the summer.So many activities to do on the lake, just feet away from the room.We definitely would consider returning for a second stay.Thanks to the Robersons for sharing their beautiful property and making us feel so welcome.

You cannot find a finer place to stay! We were so pleased we extended our stay another day. Debra and Dennis are gracious hosts who welcome you to enjoy all the amenities of their property. The pool, dock, picnic area, watercraft and beautifully landscaped grounds on the lakefront make for a relaxed stay. We stayed in the green room which is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are already making plans to return.
